“If you are ever in the Idaho Falls area and need service done for your RV, I highly recommend Bish’s RV. I was experiencing some sagging on the front of my 35’ 5th wheel around the hitch. In the past, my experiences with RV dealers doing service was very unsatisfactory (they didn’t actually fix the issue and took a long time to get to the repairs) so I usually call a mobile tech. In this case, I figured I might need to go to a dealer because I was worried there may be a frame issue. Well, my experience was like night and day compared to my prior dealer service episodes. My first contact was on a Monday. I talked to a service coordinator and he arranged a Zoom call so he could potentially diagnose the issue in advance of going to the service center. Given the issue, he could not tell exactly what was going on with my rig so I needed to get into the dealer. He worked some magic and Bish’s cleared some time to get me in on Wednesday morning. By Wednesday afternoon they had opened up the front of the rig and discovered that a steel beam across the front had broken in two and the welds holding the hitch on had almost broken through. Nothing on the outside of the rig suggested that the damage was that major. By Wednesday evening I had approved the repair plan and they were working to get it fixed. By Saturday they had cut out the broken section, welded a new piece in, reinforced that with a second beam across the entire front, added extra corner supports and rewelded the hitch. It was closed back up and sealed by Saturday afternoon. They also fixed a small place in the fiberglass that had been ripped. I showed the photos to a couple of friends who do this kind of work and they were impressed by how good the welds look. Throughout this time they were great about communicating with me and took the time to show me exactly what they were doing. I can’t say enough good things about Tyson, the tech who actually did the work and the service manage, Cody. I would even think about driving out of my way to service my RV there as I feel like it is better now than when it was first manufactured.”

I had a rear end issue in my powerstroke a few days before I was leaving to go hunting I called told them my predicament and within 20 minutes I got a quote and day to bring it in. Dropped it off Monday morning and picked it up Monday afternoon. These guys don’t know me but went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and could stay on the road with minimal down time. I called to ask about some stuff they found and they explained it really well and it was soooo easy to understand what was needed and what was recommended and why.
