Phenomenal store!
I love the variety of rare games and console they have, stuff other shops don't get. Prices are pretty reasonable considering the market boom as well.
The owners are extremely friendly and knowledgeable.
I wish I had time to check out the net cafe and arcade parts! Hopefully next time I'm through.

Went in to get two GameCube controllers and a NES Repaired. Was told it would take about two weeks for a diagnosis. About a month and a half later With weekly calls by me for updates they gave me a diagnosis on the NES, but not on the controllers and they repaired the NES. Kept getting told the repair man is been busy and that they would update me when something happens. About 3 months altogether with weekly phone calls by me and there has not been any changes other than this last Saturday. I was told the repairman had my controllers and was looking at them. Got a phone call today by the one worker who has been helpful. With my issue and was told that the man who told me they were being repaired, lied to me and they’re still at the store. I am going to be taking my controllers and my business elsewhere for any repairs from now on. I’d recommend everyone else to do the same or you’re gonna wait forever for anything to get done and get lied to along the way!

They sold me a 3ds with a bunch of broken stuff on it. The microphone didn’t work and the r button was half broken (you had to press it hard in a certain spot and it didn’t make the same click sound the l button did) but I didn’t realize that until the warranty expired a month later because it was a birthday present from my mom that she had bought a month ago. I am pretty sure that they had extended the warranty by a month but I didn’t get it fixed (so it was kind of my fault) the reason I am leaving 3 stars is because the 3ds was priced at $190 and it was broken. So if anyone there is reading this please test your consoles before you sell them

We had a birthday party here a few weeks ago for our son. It was a BLAST. Staff was fantastic, and helped when we came across some problems.
They had legos for kids to play with which was awesome to give great variety. The arcaderoom was a blast to do, but there were several things that wasn't working or was down due to needing to be repaired - but honestly, I would rent again! We ended up renting the gaming area as well since there was several things not available. I love the owners - big supporters of Minifigure Mania, and have loooved how he is so giving and let's kids play with the legos. Anyways, 10 out of 10!

I bought an xbox360 game thinking it would be backwards compatible with the Xbox series x. It wasn’t so I brought it back the next day they were open. They wouldn’t let me return it, so I tried to trade it for the less fancy version of the game. I originally got gta 4 extended edition and tried to trade it for gta 4. They said I had to sell it back to them at a cheaper price. The amount of time that they were open between these two transactions was about 20 minutes (I bought it Sunday night 20 minutes before close and brought it back Tuesday right when they opened because they were closed on Monday.)

The staff here is incredibly friendly and they have the best variety of retro games and consoles that I’ve seen from anyone in the area.

Didn’t have a great experience, the place is cool but prices were surprisingly high. I purchased a video game mystery box, and to my surprise these were some of the nastiest games I’ve ever seen. The game cases were covered in some sort of dried liquid and have visible splatters all over the cases. Now I know mystery boxes are usually a way to get rid of old inventory, but I didn’t realize I was purchasing the stores garbage. Seem to have enough time to package up the mystery boxes but not enough to get all the crap off the games they sold me.

This place is magical. The staff and owner are all super nice. They special ordered me Roll Cage 2 for the PS1. Awesome place with great games! And they have an arcade too now! Super cool. I haven't rented a booth to play a console yet, but it's definitely on my list of to-dos

I just want to say that, hands down, these guys are absolutely amazing! They went way above and beyond what I would ever expect from a business to get me something for my 5 yo. They have my business for life!

Revival Games is unassuming location that holds some fun treasures inside. I found some unique and popular titles at good prices. The staff was attentive and great to interact with. Heads up that the sign outside reads Backlight Games rather than Revival Games.
