    Zero stars, getting lied to daily to find out my gap referral was actually voided caused me to postpone heart surgery. All because no doctors know how to get through their red tape to get anything approved.

    They withhold life saving care for the sake of their bottom line.

    I am paying out of pocket 11k for a medication that my provider received a prior authorization on. I have tried to appeal, but BCBS won't awknowlege the prior authorization. Frustrating, I have been a health care provider for 26 years. I would expect better from my health insurance company.
