Poor customer service
Went into Broadway store last month to pay bill. Employee was talking on phone plus with the person behind us and didn't even acknowledge the fact that we were even there.
Top it off went this month to same store to pay bill and they were shut down. We had to walk next door to Metro pcs and asked what happened to boost.
Thanks for the heads up that you moved and are now in Ammon. No sign on door or anything.
If I could give negative stars I would.

I have been with Boost Mobile since 2007. This particular store has some serious issues. I used to have an HTC phone and was charged a screen protector from them and never gotten. That was in 2015. Now I currently have another phone, which again, I bought a screen protector. Now I was told if I had any problems with the screen protector, just to come back in and it will be replaced. Well my phone was damaged. I did a claim and that issue was resolved. I go to this place to get my screen protector replaced the guy said that who ever told me the other information is incorrect. That I would have to buy another screen protector. I told him I wasn't going to pay another 20.00 for one. He stated that it's 30.00 but that I must have gotten a discount when I bought my phone. So point is, this store is packed with misinformation and liars. Yes liars. I didn't get a discount for purchasing a phone. At the time I bought my phone was, if I bought the Bluetooth, screen protector and case, you get an android tablet. So I am done with this store.

Going downhill FAST! I've been a Boost customer for at least 4 years. When this location opened it was warm, inviting and friendly. They now cater to Spanish-speaking customers and charge a $1 fee for each transaction. I went in recently because I thought I needed a new battery for my phone that wasn't charging (turns out it was the charger cord) and was told "We DON'T Sell Batteries" - WHAT!?!?! Have you ever heard of a cell phone store that only sells phones? Now you have! I was forced to buy a battery from online (Amazon) where I can also buy a cell phone, cover, charger, cord, and have it shipped to me overnight if I wanted. WHY would I bother to go in there now? I have NO REASON to. Thanks for Nothing and No customer service.
