Our storage unit got broken into and they claimed they couldn’t see anything when they reviewed the cameras but had all the footage of when we would visit our unit. I would definitely go somewhere more secure and where they care about protecting your stuff.

Locked us out after our CC got stolen. Charge did not go through and instead of notifying us, they just locked us out. We use the storage for a car and couldnt get to it. Instead of being able to continue our journey, we got to spend the night at a hotel in lovely idaho falls.NO after hours emergency and NO communication whatsoever on being locked out.When you set up auto pay you expect to be notified if something goes wrong.Bye.

I got a chip in my windshield fixed at their job Broadway Lube. I had my 1 year old with and the women helped me fill out all my paperwork and walk me through calling my insurance. My windshield chip was fixed in 20 minutes. Very friendly people & great customer service!!

Well priced and I was able to get a storage unit the same day. The units have a light and electricity in them which is very convenient. All in all it was a good experience.

Broadway is a very clean storage facility that is accessible 24 hours a day. Their rates are competitive and the owners are friendly. I have used them a few times to store my stuff during a move or my old Chevy.
