We were very delayed which had us landing 30 minutes after Budget in Idaho Falls airport was supposed to close. We were very happy and surprised to see Carlie waiting for those of us on this flight. She greeted us with a big smile gave us our key! So nice that she waited for us!!

The reservation process, pre-check out process, car pick up and payment, and final key drop off were perfect. It’s a mix of online and human interaction was ideal. The people at the counter were friendly and personable. Pricing was accurate. Vehicle was excellent. Not one issue to report. Would rent again.

Would definitely recommend renting a car from Budget. The customer service was excellent and super friendly. The car we ended up renting was in excellent shape and worked out perfectly to what we needed it for.

We received a beautiful Toyota Highlander that was so roomy and fun to drive to cruise around the parks! The rental pick up/drop off process was quick and easy! 10/10 recommend!

We had an awesome experience! The vehicle was brand new. Picking up and dropping off was a breeze. We needed to extend our return time by a few hours. This was not a problem and there was no extra fee:)

This was my second time using the Idaho Falls airport location. The staff, especially Sherrie, are extremely friendly and helpful. They are the epitome of Customer Care professionals. I’ll only rent from Budget after issues with other companies in the past.

Bad service. We booked an 8 passenger vehicle. Drove the 45 minutes to pick it up and got the keys. Went out to get in and it was only 7 seats. Went back in and they didn't have an 8 seater. So we were without the vehicle we needed. They didn't cancel it and refund. We had to call and talk on phone to get them to cancel and refund. The girl at the desk was not professional at all and was unapologetic for us being stranded without a vehicle.

If I could give it less than 1 I would. Young lady that was the “customer service representative” is in the wrong profession . Was not helpful, rolled her eyes while chomping on her gum. You really have some training opportunities with this young lady.

When we made a reservation they denied our card because they indiscreetly run s credit check. Almost ruined our trip! Thank Goodness Hertz saved us!

I would give zero stars if that was an option. I rented a car for 6 days and was told it would be $50/day. Somehow $300 turned into $735. I understand that there are taxes but $435 extra is unacceptable. The fuel door on the vehicle was broken so I was unable to top off the fuel. After 5 phone calls to budget I was unable to get anyone to help me. They kept telling me that they were transferring me to someone else and that resulted in being disconnected 5 times. Customer service is NON-EXISTANT. Im pretty sure that I will NEVER use budget again. After reading the reviews I'm not the only one leaving a bad review and it doesn't seem like they care about a negative review

One star is generous. Zero stars is more appropriate but it wouldn’t let me do that. The woman that I spoke with today at this location (8/29/22 @1:30pm) gave me the worst customer service I have ever recieved. We rented a vehicle from budget in Boise (great experience) which we planned to use for a week and turn it in at the end of our vacation in WY. Halfway through our week the car began having mechanical issues and showing warning lights recommending a service. I spoke with a friendly customer service representative who said to stop in the closest branch (which was at the Idaho falls airport) and they would have a replacement vehicle for us. We then detoured our trip to go to the budget location. I recieved a text stating that the replacement vehicle was confirmed and to proceed to the location. Upon arrival, I let the woman at the counter know what was going on and that the customer service person I spoke with said they would have a vehicle for us. She was incredibly rude and dismissive. She said that the car was fine (no inspection as she never looked at the vehicle). She went on to state that the light was probably an oil light (without looking) and that we would be fine. I made her aware that customer service had given us a confirmation # for a replacement car. She dismissed us quickly saying that she wouldn’t have a car to give us and that we would be fine. We left and drove 2 hours to the next location where they happily replaced the car with another. The disappointing part was while everyone involved but this one woman was happy to help, she ruined my experience with this company. I will never again rent a car from Avis/Budget because of how I was treated. Not only was it not my fault that this happened but went incredibly far out of my way to see the issue addressed. When I did, I found out that that time was indeed wasted. Thanks to the customer service people who helped me with the issue and to the lady at the counter, you should consider another line of work.
