“It was my first experience having drywall work done, and Jake made the whole process easy to understand. He provided a detailed quote with clear explanations, which was very helpful for finishing my basement. Jake and his colleagues delivered all the materials exactly when I needed them, and they also kindly refunded the cost of the unused materials. Everyone at Western Wholesale Supply was very kind, and it was a great experience working with them!”

“The Sales team over there at Boise Cascade is absolutely exceptional! They have provided some of the best and friendliest customer service that I have ever experienced. I don't know many other companies that try to hold to such an elite level of professionalism. Lisa's personality make you feel like your sitting in the warm sunshine. Vicki always strives to provide amazing service while listening empathetically to your ramblings. Alex is a laid-back, walking Wikipedia. Roy is down to earth and kind. There are so many more folks there that I would like to thank for making me feel like my time is valuable. Great job BC Team!”

“This store is so much better to deal with than the Home Depot down the street! We had the best experience with Amanda in customer service. We were having issues with ordering on line and we live almost 3 hours away. My husband talked to Amanda and told her that I had some health issues and he was worried about me having to collect all of the electrical supplies that we needed. This amazing young lady collected all of the supplies for me after finding me a nice comfy chair and a bottle of water. Amanda went above and beyond amazing service!”
