“My experience was great. The check out process was smooth, simple, and straightforward. It was a very short walk to the car we rented. The car was clean and worked well. The return process was quick and efficient. The employee at the return was helpful, polite, and friendly. I usually use enterprise, but would definitely use Alamo again.”

“i’ve been with enterprise a long time their cars always are clean while taking care of. I’ve never had any mishaps in 20 years of using enterprise. The weight to pick up my car in Idaho Falls took a lot longer than what I thought upon my returning the car they asked how I liked everything when I brought up the time they offered to give me some kind of reward or compensation for my experience, but I told him no thank you just work on getting some more workers at that specific airport The fact that they cared enough to try and make it right with me, meant all the world to me, and I will continue to get enterprise cars”

“First time doing business at this location. I'm bad with names so to the young man that helped me I do apologize. His name starts with a J. Anyway, excellent service, prompt, professional. Was in and out in a very short amount of time driving off in a very nice Chrysler Pacifica. My son and I were heading home to north Idaho, 6 HR drive, and couldn't have been happier. Hats off to the Yellowstone hwy location.”
