I had a hard time finding a car rental company that had a car they wanted to part with for the one way trip home to Maryland. Avis was the only company that came through for my family. The staff in the counter and in the receiving area were incredibly cordial and kind.The car was dirty and I called them asking how dirty would they accept. It was a great response from the lady who picked the phone. We did vacuum, cleaned up the car from inside whatever we could before giving back.It was booked via Costco travels.Super happy with the service.”
