I usually love coming here, but I wish they would update their hours. It’s so frustrating that their website says they’re open from 11-4 on Sundays but they’re only open some Sundays.

They are not open on Sunday. Drove an hour and a half because the info says they are open from 12 - 4 showed up @ 1:30. Lights were on but the door was locked

While visiting my niece from out of town. We stopped here without her license. The ladies were too busy verifying all my nieces info making certain she was the one with her license to purchase that they failed to check the prices of the items purchased. They didn't catch the over charge of $7.00. A licensed professional should not have to prove being licenced with calling her husband to get the licens number after verifying with address, license, email, and proof of payment card for purchase. Terrible service.

Do NOT do business here. I can"t even begin to tell you how disappointed I am. I specifically ordered extensions for my client yesterday, had the delivery people lined up to get the product this morning... and either Carly or Linken sent them away, saying that there was nothing to pick up. They did this without even a call to me to verify the issue. Now my longtime client will not be served as she deserves to be.This is the last straw, as this has happened before. If you care about your business DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.I haven't received so much as a call from a manager, nor an apology for this huge issue. Anyone who takes pride in their business would've went out of their way to make this right... but not this company... either time.
