Even worst cricket system doesn't let me use the app to manage that problem!!!

Josh Ledbetter offers fantistic service! When I found myself in a jam, he shared great suggestions. He is also very knowledgable & skilled. Per my request & using my device, he was able to quickly inform me of my data use trends. So, I was able to make informed decisions about Cricket's offerings! Also, once I asked him to do so, he was able to adjust my phone plan to the offering I chose. I doubt this would be easy & suspect it may not have been possible on a phone service which only offers contract plans. Thank you Cricket for all the options you offer and thank you Manager Ledbetter for providing me with excellent help. ☺️

I am shutting off my service and will never use cricket again. I am also telling everyone I know not to get service through cricket. They had no idea what I was talking about and were very unhelpful and just refused to even try to help me.
