Bryce and Ashlyn provided the best customer service tonight! Bryce helped me find a pair of running shoes that worked best for me. He helped me with over 5 pairs of shoes and I ended up getting the ones he recommended! Ashlyn was at the check out spot and she helped me change my phone number for rewards- everything I have been there I tell them it could be 3 different numbers and she is the only person who helped me change it to my current number. These two are amazing and I am so glad I went on a night they were both working!

Dick's has every sports related thing you could want. They have a huge store at the mall.
There are tons of Stanley cups, Nike shorts in every color, sports balls, equipment, shoes, a whole wall of crocs, etc
The store was really clean and organized.
If you have sports needs, this is the place to go

I’m so grateful! It’s interesting that the store I thought would probably not be able to do much, actually helped me the most! Andrea and Alex really were exceptional helping me find something amazing for our little school’s fundraiser and beyond. Their efforts to help the local community proves there’s more good than bad in our world. I hope their boss knows how stellar they are! God bless them!

stop by 20 min before closing to buy a pair of gym shoes and to grab some knee pads none of the customer service Representatives would even help us if they saw us they go duck and hide we actually had other customers come up to us and asked us for the bathroom for because they couldn't find any employees at the place cuz they're all hiding us from because it was to close to closing time for someone anyone to do their job 0 out of five stars at the Idaho falls branch

Had a horrible experience trying to return something. Purchased a golf glove and it was the wrong size. Ordered the right size online and then tried to return the other glove at the store. They would not refund my money and said the only option was in store credit. I had already purchased what I needed online since it was not available in the store. Basically, they just took my money and are forcing me to shop there even though I don't need anything from their store currently. Clerk was very rude and unprofessional.

Can be a little overpriced but what do you expect from professional grade sports equipment? High grade everything, love the weights and workout section, has basically everything you need wether you golf, kickbox, cricket, tennies, hockey, football, boxing, basketball, lacross, baseball, etc, if you want something theyll have it.

Employee yelled at a boy for playing with a basketball, whilst the entire store was littered with literal trash. Carls jr bags, toilet paper, fliers. All littered on the floor. So maybe his priorities should be managed a little better. Bathrooms were disgusting too.

I'm so incredibly disappointed. This is the fifth time that I have come into Dick's, and every single time without fail, I see employees leaning on calendars on their phones instead of paying attention to customers. Not once in the five times that I've ever gone in there has anybody ever offered to help me or ask me if I need anything, or even said welcome to the store. This time somebody finally said something to me AS I WAS LEAVING.... and I made sure to let this employee know that this is the last time I'm ever coming into the store and why.

Best Staff ever , Manager himself and check out staff was super nice , they helped us trade some shoes we accidentally got in men’s size , and didn’t have the receipt , but they where super supportive and helped us by giving us a gift card to get our shoes, thank you so so much

Would give zero stars if I could....Customer service at Dick's isn't important to anyone there. I checked the tracking on the pair of shoes I purchased as a Christmas present, they are being returned to Dicks due to being damaged-8 days before Christmas!!!!! I called and spoke to 2 different people. Since they were going to have to reship anyways, I asked if I could get a different color as my 14 yr old decided the day after I ordered these he wanted the black and white ones instead. I was told there was absolutely no way to handle this, and I would have to get a refund and reorder. I don't have the extra money for that, so I said to return. She told me it could take up to 30 days to get my money back! I couldn't believe that. I told her I wanted to speak to a supervisor. They left me on an incredibly long hold (tatic I am sure....) then the supervisor comes on and has a tone in her voice the entire time. I hadn't shopped at Dicks for many years due to your gun sales policies (removing guns from retail stores) but I thought I would get these for my son. Big mistake. I will pay the extra money and get them from a local store (Scheels) or Bob Wards-they know how to provide good customer service. You all could learn a lesson.
