Me and my kids went in today and my autistic sin needed the bathroom I ask a group of 3 employees who were all unboxing stuff off of one cart and they told me to go up front, me just having knee surgery and walking with a cane and my autistic son about to pee himself not one employees offered to get it and I went up front and another employees which was the manager Amy was like what the problem and I told them that noone helped me and she said it's not there responsibility to bring me the key. I get it not there responsibility but it common Courtesy if a customer needs help and not one of the 5 employees there showed any. A manager should never be so rude and yell out loud so everyone hears her say it's not her responsibility to another employees, show what kind of atmosphere here and lack of customer service they have at this store. I would have given this store no stars if I could, so upset on how they embarrassed me and my kids for asking for help. Never have left a store so upset and humiliated.

The store is cluttered and dirty. The parking lot is filthy and worn. Sidewalk and doorways are full of leaves and garbage. Just inside is full of leaves. Told the people and they shrugges and sid yeah. Help is rarely helpful and quite often not very pleasent.

Whoever the employee is that has short hair and a tattoo on her face that says “Queen “ needs to learn how to treat and have better customer service! I came in today and asked her a simple question about where something was and she was very rude and snappy for absolutely no reason at all. Her attitude was uncalled for. I was in no way rude , I work in customer service and usually understand sometimes being upset but she was incredibly rude.

Some things are a great bargain...while others can but trash. I knew they had really thin aluminum foil which serves some purposes.

I live in Ammon... Out for a little space cruise last night and decided to check out the Broadway Dollar Tree... By far the cleanest, most organized, clutter free of all 4 stores in the area!
Whoever the manager is at the bench close to the mall needs to be replaced.
