I used to love the Dollar Tree. I know good help is hard to find but this has gotten ridiculous. The last few times I've been there I've been literally ignored while standing in front of the cashier at the checkstand. Last time there were 2 employees discussing their plans for their upcoming breaks while I stood there waiting to be acknowledged for a good long while. Today the cashier answers the phone as I step up to the register. Because Rebecca is incapable of multi-tasking, I just stood there with my debit card in hand and the line continuing to build behind me, waiting for her to finish her personal phone call. After she told the caller that she loved them, she slowly ran my items across the scanner without ever acknowledging me or saying a word. This was after a customer had asked me to help her get something off of a high shelf because there were no employees around to help her out. I used to use the Dollar Tree to avoid Walmart, but I think Walmart wins now.

This is the only dollar store I can shop at without actually being threatened the cops being called. I was actually told I can shop here. Though Depending on who works at this store so I have to be careful. When shopping at not only this store but all of them in idaho.

I go to the Dollar Tree Over by Freddy Meyer in Idaho Falls because it has amazing selection & more variety of items to pick from.
