It was a weekday but still slammed. The line seemed endless and they even called up over the speaker for a back-up cashier. The store is massive so the selection was a lot more than the other dollar trees I've been to but I never once have checked out. I couldn't find the item I searched for anyway so I put my wants back and headed out so less burden on the rest of the shoppers/employees. Location is either understaffed or management needs to shuffle tasks.

Only one nice employee, the rest are very rude. Waited patiently to ask to get a couple balloons filled and after waiting 10 minutes (they were helping another customer) found someone stocking instead and asked her. She rolled her eyes and exhaled sharply and said that’s the cashiers job. So I left all my stuff and drove down the street 8 minutes to the other dollar tree. Way better customer service there. And they were just as busy with only one worker, not 3.

The customer service in this store is garbage the employees have no manners and are very rude. Yesterday I went to the store on 17 street with my kids to buy stuff my daughter graved a ball that we were gonna buy for my two year old Son he dropped the ball, my daughter was giving the ball back to my baby and I hear this old man furious yelling at her from the other aisle telling her to put it back on the shelf 3 times I approached him and ask him what was his issue ? and he told me that my daughter was kicking the ball I told him that wasn't true because I was standing right next to them and he was yelling at my daughter for no reason. He kept saying well she was kicking that ball and I want her to put it back. I used go there probably about 3 times a week to get stuff I need but I'm personally never going back to that store as long as that old man works there my daughter wasn't doing anything wrong and got treated like garbage for no reason and I am not happy about it. 😡😡😡😡

I was here yesterday looking to return a few items because I didn’t end up using them for a school project. The manager I spoke to about possibly returning them was extremely rude and condescending. He was talking to me like I was stupid. I didn’t catch his name but he had blonde/reddish hair and a weird beard. On the receipt it didn’t say anything about it being within 30 days so I didn’t know that, and I just assumed it must’ve been. When he double checked the dates, he said “yeah, like I just told you, it has to be within 30 days. I’m not exchanging this.” Also I thought I had 4 items in my bag, I guess one fell out in the car and he counted three. I just said “ oh I thought there was another one” and I then counted it myself. And his response to there only being three was “I told you there was only three, I just counted it”. And I had a pair of pants in this bag because I was going to a different store after this, and I just told him that the pants weren’t an item that I was returning. “Well obviously, this is a dollar store”. Like I was just telling him so he didn’t think those were in there for this receipt. This guy clearly has bad social cues or just loves to make women feel stupid. Either way, he should not be a manager.

Probably should have more employees. 2 people in store. 1 told the other that there was a line forming. No one at register. Ended up scanning all the items at self check out. I understand understaffed, but if there is a line don't take more than 10 minutes to get to your register
