Hours: EICAP offers HUMANITARIAN aid programs in IDAHO FALLS. The reviewer did clinicals here and was VERY IMPRESSED by the programs. They mention the HORRIBLE court system. EICAP cared for a family in a stressful situation in a very timely manner, words can’t express gratitude. They are very understanding and helpful in the community. They have several programs that help with electricity, food, head start and many many more.
