Henry was amazing. He made my experience with Enterprise in Idaho Falls even better. I love that we returned it on the weekend, after hours and received a call from Joe on Monday morning letting us know that our rental was returned with no damage and the deposit will be returned to us. Thank you Enterprise for a great experience.

This Enterprise is responsible for one of the single most pathetically incompetent customer service situations I’ve ever experienced in my entire life.Several years ago while driving to Idaho Falls for a funeral, I hit a deer near Dillon, MT. My truck was towed to Dillon and I continued the rest of the trip to Idaho Falls riding in a car that was traveling behind me. In Idaho Falls my car insurance company had me pick up a vehicle from this Enterprise location. When I picked up the vehicle I informed you that my truck was being repaired, that I lived 9 hours from Idaho Falls, and that I’d need to retrieve my vehicle in Dillon, MT. Your employees expressly told me that’s no problem, just leave it at the Enterprise in Dillon.After the funeral services in Idaho Falls I drove 9 hours back home with the rental. Two weeks later the repair shop in Dillon tells me that my truck is fixed, and arrange to pick it up after-hours the next day. As i'm leaving to start the long drive I look on Google maps for the Enterprise in Dillon, MT. Oddly I can’t find anything. Is it a partner car rental place? Am I just not seeing it? I start my drive and call the main Enterprise customer support line as I’m leaving my house. A representative tells me that they’ll look into this call back. A few hours later they call back and they tell me THERE IS NO ENTERPRISE in Dillon, MT and that I’ll have to call this Idaho Falls Enterprise to figure out a solution.I call this location while still driving to Dillon and explain the situation. They said they’ll look into this and call back. A few hours go by and it’s now mid-afternoon. I still haven’t heard back so I call this Enterprise. Your employees put me on hold for 20 minutes. A cell coverage dead spot drops the call. I call back. Your employees say they’re working on it and put me on hold. 25 minutes go by. Call drops. I call back, and get put on hold again. 20 minutes and call drops. It’s now 4 pm and you close at 5. I’m still 2 hours away from Dillon. I call back again and tell you it’s getting close to closing and I need to know what to do. You assure me that someone will call me before close and hang up. I call back again and am told someone will call me back and you hang up. It’s now 5:15 pm and you closed at 5. I try to call and all I get is an after hours closed message. I call at 5:30 pm and get the same. It’s now after 6 pm when I arrive in Dillon and it’s clear that everyone has left your office and no one is calling me back.YOUR EMPLOYEES WENT HOME KNOWING THEY WERE LEAVING ME STRANDED 7 HOURS FROM HOME WITH NO CLUE WHAT TO DO, ENTIRELY FROM YOUR SCREW UP.I call an after-hours emergency line for Enterprise and explain the situation. In the single moment of caring intelligence from this company (Someone far away from Idaho Falls), they tell me that it sounds like I did everything I could do, to lock the keys in the rental truck at the repair shop in Dillon, and someone from the Idaho Falls Enterprise will have to go pick it up. I drive my repaired vehicle 7 hours back home.But it doesn’t end there. A few days later I get a phone call from this Idaho Falls Enterprise. The employee says “We shouldn’t have told you there was an Enterprise in Dillon, but it’s still your responsibility to get the rental back to us. We’ll pay to have it unlocked but you still need to go get the rental and drive it back to us.” I told them that Dillon is 7 hours from where I live, Idaho Falls is 9 hours, and repeatedly say that absolutely won’t be happening. The employee on the phone tells me “I wish I could punch whoever in the face told you that you could leave the rental there” and hangs up. Absolute mind-numbing insanity.This was such an extreme level of incompetence and indifference that it still makes me angry to this day. Do not expect any kind of problem solving from this business. Do not expect anything resembling an intelligent employee. Do not expect any kind of concern for your wellbeing. You’d be better off doing business absolutely anywhere else.

I want to say that this place is a great place to rent a car. When I returned my car Waverly Cinense assisted me. This was back in October and for me to remember to leave a review for her says a lot. She was so helpful, waiting for me and making sure I was all set up to pick up my car from where it was getting fixed. She was kind with my kids and didn’t seem to be bothered by making her wait for me. She helped with moving my kids car seats into my car. She really put the client first before anything else in and that made me feel so calm and helped. Thank you!!!!

This is my favorite location to rent a car. Vehicles are clean and in good working order. The staff seems to go out of their way to get me into a model of car I like the best.

Iayn and the Enterprize team were amazing, their customer service was excellent! I appreciate their flexibility and working with me to make it quick and easy for me to get into a vehicle on short notice. I've used enterprise twice over the last 2 years and have had the best experience both times! Thank you for your positive attitudes and patience.

- Card was charged twice: therefore deposit of 600 dollars instead of (300dollars)- We were overcharged because Enterprise didn't know the car was being returned. It took a while before this was clarified, well we had a photo as evidence. (Money got returned but still bothersome, at least they could offer a voucher for the inconvinient situation)- The day we arrived there was a system problem with the payment. It didn't work well with the customer beforehand, they made a photocopy of the card. We tried again for 35 minutes to see if it worked.ONLY GOOD THING: You can pay by debit card + the cars are clean.

It was my first time renting a car, and it was a wonderful experience. The tank wasn't full when I picked it up, but they didn't force me to fill up upon return, so that was nice. Definitely will use enterprise for any future rental needs.
