Enterprise hasn't let me down. I've been using them for years. I would definitely recommend them. Good rates and decent cars. If you need an SUV to get to the Tetons I would definitely give them a try. Highly recommend it.

Only take credit cards for security reasons. Won't take a credit card over the phone, won't even take cash. Not worth it. A total waste of time

We were told there was wi-Fi on our car. We were never given a password at the airport. Called to get the password from the national company and were told we had to return to the airport to get it. We returned to the airport and then were told that they don't have the Wi-Fi password after all. Total disconnect between the national enterprise, customer service and a local customer service. Nice waste of time for us to return all the way to the airport. Fail Enterprise, fail.

I'll never rent from Enterprise Rent a Car again. The second-to-last time I rented from this location, I reserved an Economy-class car; they provided me with a luxury pickup truck, which would have cost a fortune in gas for the trip I had planned.It took my calling the corporate office and demanding a refund, before the manager offered a standard sedan. He acted as if he was doing me a favor, when he was not.This last time, I asked to pre-pay the entire tank of gas for about $3.50 per gallon. I thought I had paid for this and returned the car nearly empty. They charged me $5.43 per gallon and tacked on additional fees, such as an hourly charge, even though I dropped off the car a half hour early. The original estimated charge was $295.01 for a two day rental; the final charge is $382.72.This branch is dishonest and I will be filing a complaint with the Idaho Attorney General's office.

I had a reservation for pick up time at 1130pm Friday as I was going to head out to Boise at 3 AM. I showed up and @11pm and the airport was closed then the janitor opened the door and when I entered staff to Enterprise or any rental companies were no where to be found. The janitor told us they had left hours prior. Needless to say I was left without a car for my early departure. When I called customer service they advised me that someone should have been there and they should have NOT left early but they did. So much for showing up 15 minutes early for my booked reservation!

I have spent two days trying to get a hold of someone at this office. It is impossible. No one answers phones and the information on their website contradicts their automated message. I just need a simple question answered and can not get ahold of anyone.

DONT RENT FROM IDAHO FALLS OR THIS COMPANY EVER!!!!!My experience with this location has made it so that I will never seek or use enterprise as a means of obtaining transportation ever again. Tje disrespectful way they spoke to me would leave a foul taste I'm anyone's mouth that had a conscience.Im from out of town, visiting my sister, when my car was crashed into by someone speeding and needed transportation to work.. After loosing my bank card I went ready to pay with a different card. I was told they didn't accept payment from that card and their suggestion was that I go open a new line of credit at cabella's to pay them 160 dollars for 3 days on a rental that was supposed to cost me less than 30 a day with the discount from my insurance company.When I questioned the amount I was told it doesn't matter I need to bring the car back because they were not going to rent to me. They then proceeded to call my mother, which I'm 36 years old don't ever call my mother. I don't even know how they got her number.This was by far the worst and most disrespectful experience I've had with any company bar none. I wound never recommend anyone see these people.
