Had a major problem on my truck that my warranty company needed to pay for. One of the worst warranty companies I've ever had and Casey was extremely patient with them. He fought for what was needed and got my warranty company to pay for a large portion of the repair. Thabk you Casey and the team you have working at Farnsworth.

Out of the 4 other places I called this was the only place that was even willing to take a look at my BMW to figure out how to fix the broken motor mount bolts. They took a look but was skeptical but I told them to go ahead and see what they could do and they was up for the challenge and they got the broken bolts out and new ones in for UNDER what they had originally quoted me! Will definitely be returning for future car problems.

Six months ago, my son & wife became parents and needed to buy a vehicle that would accommodate their small family. They purchased a VW Passat. Within a few months, car was giving them issues. She tried to work things out with the car lot. About 3-4 weeks ago, it quit on her & the baby while in the middle of a busy road. VW Dealership looked it over and said they needed $4,000 repairs (charged them $150 to look at it).
They took it to Farnsworth Auto to receive a second opinion. His repair list was much different and even found their brakes to be “metal to metal”. Repair costs- just over $1,000.
I never used him personally, but I am pleased with how well they were treated. It pays to definitely shop around. Farnsworth Auto- you haven’t only gained them as a new customer, but me as well. THANK YOU

I brought my car in for a simple fix. The didn’t fix what I needed done and they drove my car 30 miles, then proceeded to charge me more than an hours worth of labor

Great shop! Helped me get my 1986F250 back up running due to blown out(Plastic) hyd line from master cylinder to slave cylinder melted on header?Shop crew Awsome!Installed new braided hose now she lives!?????

Great communication about troubleshooting an obscure electrical issue on my vehicle. Honest and respectful about finding the most economical solution in my best interest rather than jumping to the more expensive solution to get paid the most.
