Very easy to find. The hospitality it pleasant. The service is quick. Definitely my favorite place to get packages in the mail.

Cristina was quite rude. Went to photo counter and pushed the button, she comes up behind me and resets the button and then stands there on her tablet then asks for the barcode. No introduction or anything. I was given a pre filled out label for my box and it didn’t have a bar code, she said we can’t help you here and then walked away. Didn’t ask if there was anything else I needed help with or anything

I used ShipPro in Ammon, ID to mail a package to Texas via FedEx. I already had a prepaid return label so I got a printed receipt with a number that I could use for tracking (which was very helpful and the worker who took my package was courteous and friendly.) I just got a notice from the recipient in Texas this morning that my package arrived on time. I will be planning to use ShipPro again
