Although not a FedEx Office location, she still got me all the materials to ship my laptop and made it easy for me. True VIP treatment.

Fast friendly service. Wish they had longer hours though. 8-6 would be nice. Even if packages don't go out that day after 5, being able to drop off after work would be nice

Long lines, and could not go to just any FedEx shipping store had to drive to the other side of town to the only place they would allow to ship this package return.
