there's was no customer service. I didn't get greeted as I walked in and I didn't get asked if they could help me. from what I could see the associates were standing around talking to each other and their friends that had come in. I was planning on buying shoes from this location but after my experience I ultimately decided to take my money elsewhere.

I recently had to come into to exchange the shoes I bought for my son, the place was slammed but I was still quickly assisted by Kyra who helped me along the process and was great. While checking out, another employee, aspen, was using strong profanity in front of my children. I don’t recommend this location as a family friendly environment.

I was having a difficult time looking around for a new pair of high-tops since I mostly wear boots. Went to Foot Locker and Nick helped me find the perfect pair. He was very nice and professional. Thanks again Nick!

Everything we liked was out of stock in the size needed. The help looked bored even though the store was busy, they weren't helping anyone. We left because of the customer service didn't exist. Won't be back

Ordered online pre payed was sent notification that shoes were delivered on Saturday 8/19. Gave them a day to get the orders sorted and went to get my 2 pairs of shoes. Was left waiting in the front for 20 minutes looking at 6 unopened boxes of merchandise next to the counter. They came back out and said they couldn't find them it was UPS FAULT. They didn't check even one of the boxes in the fr9nt it was just easier to tell me maybe tomorrow they will show. Either ups lied saying they were delivered or they were too lazy to look in the unopened boxes sitting right in front of me. I'll pick the latter. Not impressed they were supposed to call by noon today and let me know, it's almost 1 no big deal maybe I'll waste more of my time and gas going back to see if my prepared order has been located

This location has been hit-or-miss when shopping for Adidas shoes and apparel,.. it's been a staple of the mall for over 30 years.Luckily for my wife there are plenty of Nike shoes to choose from.

went there was greated by a man he told me to go somewhere else cause they didnt have the shoes i was looking for. they were actualy kind but more helpful but they where honest and up front on things. they told me they get commission which is tottly okay. i didnt even know that and that was extemly noligable on stuff. it actually helped me.

Used to have more diverse, higher-end shoes, now its all cheap stuff, and most of the shoes have been replaced with t shirts and sweatshirts.
