I went to the Starbucks kiosk yesterday to grab a drink. I had a few items from inside the store and I politely asked the barista if I could pay for my items and order my drink at the same time. She was super rude. She looked in my cart, and said 'Items from the store? Nope.' and just stood there. If this truly is store policy, it should be changed. Starbucks in a grocery store is supposed to be for convenience and this definitely was not convenient... Especially since I had a toddler with me and had to go through a checkstand AFTER I got my drink.
Starbucks and Fred Meyer have the same registers so I do not understand why this happened. Im pretty sure it was the manager of the Starbucks that was so short with me. I said thank you for my drink and she replied 'yep.' and handed my order over to the other barista working there.
I will say that the barista that actually made my drink was polite and friendly, though. Starbucks prides itself on manners and clearly this manager did not have any. I'm not going to pay $6 for a drink to be treated poorly and inconvenienced. This order was on 3-12-25 at 10:26am in case the managers of Fred Meyer wanted to see who rang me up and who needs to be educated on customer service standards.

Couldn't find a toaster that worked for us. Prices were decent though. Just not the right size.

Never used this place until we moved a few blocks away and now this is the closest grocery store. Been using it for a few months now and have had good experiences so far, little more expensive than walmart or winco but being 5 min from my house is super convenient.
Today I tried curbside pickup for the first time. Showed up and checked in, only for the guy to come out and let me know my order was accidentally given to someone else.
Because I ordered through instacart he had to ask me what was in my order and then he went to grab it all. My guy must've been running all around the store because just under 10 minutes later he came out with all my groceries.
I didn't get his name but it was a taller skinny white guy. Whoever he is that man deserves a raise!

Stopped by to browse the hot wheels section. Freddies has always been a great place to shop! Self checkout was easy and i didnt have to wait in any lines. I will definitely be back!

I appreciate Fred Meyers and all they offer. However, I don't appreciate the way they have the store laid out. I went in to buy an over the counter med for a friend. Their Pharmacy is in the front of the building, for prescriptions, only. It took me forever to find what I was looking for. Which I finally did, way in the back of the store, next to home furnishings and pet supplies! I guess it is a marketing strategy because you have to search the whole store which can cause shoppers to buy products they weren't looking for. Oh well, now I know!

Great grocery store! They seem to run out of eggs a lot, but otherwise stocking is great. Prices are good and rewards points are well, rewarding to say the least.

I’m not the type to leave reviews normally but I cannot believe what happened here. I went shopping with my boyfriend, we go to self checkout and as I’m paying my boyfriend is looking at the snacks they have next to the self checkout machine. He picks up a protein bar and was looking at it when the lady at self checkout said “don’t steal”. Don’t steal??? I understand if you say that if you watch someone trying to slip something into a bag but he was just looking at it and she was extremely rude. I was done paying at this point and looked at her as we were leaving and she just gave me a nasty look. I don’t get why. This happened at around 8:30-8:40ish. She was taller with short brown hair.

It was so nice to see all the stocking/ inventory people getting the store in shape! I also needed help from a store employee to reach an item. He was two isles ocer..dropped what he was doing and came to my rescue! Thanks David. Pocatello FredMeyer!
