UNBELIEVABLE!
The amount of care and consideration that was shown to my personal situation was EXEMPLARY! (To say the bare minimum possible. PERIOD.)
I had spent 2 days at the 1st shop.
Problem not fixed. Check engine light back on in 48 miles.
I had spent 2 more days in the 2nd shop.
Problem not fixed. Check engine light back on in 80 miles.
THIS SHOP:
10 minute conversation with NICK JOHNSON while he pulled codes and asked about previous shops statements, parts changed & test performed and he CALLED IT!
**1st time in a LONG TIME that I've had a talk with a mechanic & KNEW (in 5 min) he was A NEXT LEVEL TECHNICIAN!**
He had to follow procedure and eliminate all other avenues of possible failure (which only took about 3hrs based on the other shops previous procedures regarding the same problem.) & in the end this shop stepped up and fixed the problem!
THE ONE BOX.
MSRP $10,000.00
NOW the truck acts like it did WHEN IT WAS NEW!
On behalf of the owner of this truck,
& every single driver you've ever done the job right for the 1st time, CORRECTLY, THANK YOU!
If you want the job done right the 1st time...call Idaho Falls Freightliner and make your appointment.
Honest. Upfront. Professional.
Thanks again!

Bought a used truck from here, well worth the purchase! Doug was super helpful and knowledgeable on any questions I had. These trucks get reconditioned before advertised and they do a top notch job. Flawless truck for being a 2019. Flew from ME and drove home beautifully. Highly recommend premier dealers!

Update: The General Manager called us after seeing my review. He was apologetic and accountable which, I must say was impressive in the current state of this world. Because of that I am changing my star rating from 1 to 5. Knowing that someone who cares is at the helm of this company we will definitely return for next year's annual service and yes, I would recommend them for motorcoach service and issues. Just make sure they plug you in.
I would love to give them a great review as the annual service done on our coach seemed fine. However, we left our coach with them on a Friday morning with the intention of picking it up Monday late afternoon. We made it very clear verbally the coach needed to be plugged into 50amp. We even left a big note on the steering wheel. One of the reasons we booked service here was because they offered 50amp plug in. When we dropped off the coach again, we reminded them it had to be plugged in. We live full-time in our coach so our fridge, freezer, and Dometic were full. Also, I have a rare arthritis that requires a biologic medication for treatment. This medication must be refrigerated at all times and an unscheduled refill must be covered out of pocket at a cost of 14k. They forgot to plug it in and by the time they got to it to service it Monday morning and realized what had happened the battery was so low the inverter would no longer do it's job and charge the batteries. We even called early Monday morning and told them we would be there to pick it up early Tuesday. Nothing was said about the coach not getting plugged in
They called once late Monday afternoon to tell us the inverter was not changing the batteries. We tried to trouble shooting with them over the phone thinking it was a fuse not realizing at the time that the coach had not been plugged in. They said if they didn't get it they would call us back. They never called. What they did was just say screw it because it was the end of the day. Pull it to the back of the lot and left it. By the time we got there Tuesday morning our coach was so dead it took us an hour of running the coach so the alternator would charge the house batteries enough to get the stairs in so we could leave. We had to throw all of the food in our fridge, freezer, and dometic away. It was no longer cold and everything frozen had thawed. My medication was no longer usable either. Also, once batteries on a coach are left to go dead, they need to be replaced which sucks because ours were only 4 months old. So, our basic annual service here cost us a great deal simply because they just didn't care to pay attention.
Service: $1000.00
Groceries: $400.00
Medication: $13700.00 for an unscheduled Cimzia refill
Replacement Batteries: $3000.00
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!
