I purchased headphones here and wanted to return because they didn't work well and they wouldn't do it even with a receipt, purchased only 7 days ago.no damage to the headphones or box.dont shop here.

My sone earned enough money to go into the store to buy a expensive pair of headphones so he did. Then he got them and they aren't very loud sadly so we went in to return them, this store wouldn't take a return with a receipt. Purchased only 7days ago no damage could be resold. Because the box was opened. What kind of crap is that? Don't shop here, normally I buy everything online so if I need to return I can. Stores wonder why people purchase online instead, it's because of this crap. Stay away.

Guy kyle or Kylek or something was super super rude when I tried to buy a digital playstation told me I was not smart for trying to buy it instead of spending more for disc one so I just bought neither. Never have met someone so rude in my life.

DO NOT BUY FROM GAMESTOP!! I suggest if you want to buy any games for any gaming system, buy it from Amazon, Walmart, or Target with a more legitimate return policy.. we bought our daughter a Mario game for Christmas and she decided she wanted a different game so we took the unopened game and receipt in and they rudely told us they only had a 15 day return policy…. And would not make any exceptions. But then suggest that I open the package and sell it as a used game??? That makes no sense to me. I called Walmart and Target and both said they would be happy to exchange it. GameStop is the worst to deal with and can’t even assess the situation to make a case by case decision.
