Went to repair a phone and person showed no interest also rejected my request while I have AppleCare+. Called Apple and they sent me a replacement overnight, I would find a local place don’t give your business to these guys.

Had a gaming pc that ran like a charm before it was brought in. I brought it in so they could add the old harddrive form my previous PC into the new one for more storage. I got it back and the old hard drive that ran absolutely terribly was now what the pc was running on. I had to take it back for them to fix it yet again. After that time the SSD that the pc was originally running on hot corrupted. Had to take it it yet again. They got the ssd working again and got it not running off of the old slow hard drive from my previous PC. hard to start essentially all over. Fine. Now put back on windows 10 (originally on 11) and redownload everything I had. Tried to up date drivers recently and had to take it in again. This is my 4th trip to Best Buy from a town over. Hopefully they can actually “fix” this too. Please just go somewhere else.\\n\\nThe workers are very polite and willing to help. Unfortunately there isn’t much of a quality check on products when they are done with them.

I want to say that I took my gaming computer to geek squad on Sunday and on Monday they call saying my computer is not fixable then I said I want fix it not matter what is the costs so they call me back saying processor (400) motherboard (250) and the Wi-Fi adapter ( was broke ) I took my computer next day because they don’t want fix and they for fix it it’s 700 dollars minimum. I left found a professional man and left my computer in there, 10 minutes later the guy call me and said the computer is ready for pick up I won’t charge you anything because that was just a cable disconnect. With that said geek squad did a horrible job not professionals at all. Very disappointed with their service. Should be closing doors if they are all like that. That happen in the Idaho falls , Idaho location. I don’t recommend those “tech”

Nobody answered the phone or live chat... l been try to return a smart tv and just leave on hold over 20min. But that is my fault for buying in this garbage store and bestbuy geek services. Thank you for such a service.... see yaa never.

Worst customer service ever!! Celina cussed me out said she was charging my card after I declined the purchase and hung up on me. Called back and waited on hold forever!

DO NOT GO HERE TO GET TECH FIXED. Horrible customer service. Payed a few hundred bucks to get my laptop fixed, as agreed upon. Got it back a week later and it was still broken? I asked them why and they said I didn't pay to get it fixed, I payed to have them figure out what was wrong with it. Like... NO. I told them EXACTLY what was wrong with it when I brought it in. Later, I looked at the sheets they gave me and they marked me as a "successful client" and it grinded my gears a bit. RIP my laptop.

Called and got scheduled for my tv 60 inch to be repaired under warranty... this was November 21st called back 2 weeks ago to see if they forgot about me and was insured that even though my warranty was within 3 weeks of expiring that they would take care of it because the problem occurred while under warranty. Well this morning with no notification and for no apparent reason my appointment was canceled and warranty voided I've been bounced to 3 customer service reps and hung up on while trying to get it figured out. You guys literally just stole from my family and then made me sit on hold for an hour because I trusted you and spent close to a thousand dollars on tv plus warranty. LITERALLY THEFT!

I couldn't believe how much less they charged for services and repairs than other local shops. The price differential is huge, compared to other local computer stores in town. I won't go to anybody but Geek Squad from now on.

Worst customer service. Christa is an interesting one. I called three times, got one answer she told me she would hand the phone to a geek squad person who can help me. She then hung up. I decided to call again rang for two minutes then put me on hold without answering. I decided to call logan UT geek squad and they answered first ring and turned my 1 hr of calling into a 2 minute conversation.
