I will not be bringing my son back. The lady messed his hair up so bad. She didn't even make his hair even. He showed her a pic of what he wanted. What a waste of $19.99 plus she wanted to wash his hair before cutting it when he washed it this morning.

I went in for a haircut today and provided my hair stylist with pictures of exactly what I wanted. I got more layers than I asked for, and she gave me fringe bangs when I specifically asked for curtain bangs. When I got home I had to curl my hair so I could try to fix it. I had to wash it because I still had hair all over. As well as she cut it shorter than I wanted, and the cuts aren’t even the same length! My husband came home and even noticed how bad a job she did. The stylist even told me that when I get home to curl it because if I didn’t then it would look blotchy. I told her I wanted all my split ends off and only 2.5 in. cut. She cut it way shorter. Don’t recommend, not the first time my hair has been messed up from GreatClips!!

Got my hair cut an ready for wigs for kids. You have to mail it now on your own. That's new but over all I'm glad it happened. Yes I'll go back.
