“By far the most welcoming hotel I’ve stayed at, better yet the most welcoming environment I have ever experienced. It felt family run and operated. Best hotel breakfast with homemade omelets!!!! The rooms were immaculate and comfortable. And the owners recommend the best places to eat in town. I most certainly will be back. I promise no one leaves here disappointed!!!”

“Room was nice and clean, good in size. The balcony was very small, would recommend getting one with a little bigger balcony. One bed was very comfortable, the other bed we could not even sleep on. It was so hard and uncomfortable, the pillows were terrible they might as well not have even given us any. They were so broke down that your head would just lay nearly on the matress. Only one out of 6 pillows were usable. We were on the end of the hotel which was nice and quiet, but they forgot to have the side doors unlocked so that we could use our cards to get our luggage in and out easier. Really made it a pain it go through the lobby every time we came back in. Their buffet was joke 12.00 for cold cereal, muffins,toast, yogurt, water. The hotel was in a nice spot though nice and quiet.

“Picture showed that the hotel was next to the falls and you could see it from the balconies. You cannot see the falls. Can you see the river, yes you can. But you cannot see the falls! That was the whole reason we booked this specific hotel”

“This hotel is a great stay in Idaho Falls. As a truck driver it is super convenient to the highway and to where I need to do my job. Everytime I come in the management knows that I'm a CLC and knows how to handle the process. They are very nive as well. The rooms are very clean amd in order as well! Smart idea if you are coming to Idaho Falls!”

“Right off the greenbelt the managers are awesome the service is great they have a hot tub. Nothing is perfect could use some upgrades but put extended stay pretty good. I'm grateful they're here got me out of a toxic situation. The manager is such a sweet lady”

“Easy to get to, quick check-in, great room! Had a nice supper in the dining/lounge, complimentary breakfast was great, you order what you want from a good variety menu! Place is very, very quiet, next to no one in dining room in evening and at breakfast!! Only disappointment was other guests letting their dog bark!!! Would definitely stay here again!!”
“Stayed another night here with partner . Natalie had the most amazing customer service. She was so fast with any request I had and so patient! She helped me out so much and made everything so pleasant. She never made me think anything was inconvenient. This place has THE BEST customer service for a lower budget motel. I recommend over and over again. I am happy to have the option to shout out & recognize the above and beyond customer service. Andy was an amazing maintenance man. Our fridge was out and he was quick and efficient. This place is amazing for customer service-”
