“Rooms were nice, comfortable, and clean. Staff was friendly. The burgers at the restaurant were very good. The breakfast was good, but not as good as the dinner. Great location if you're going to an event at Mountain America Center. Nice Maverik nearby and easy access to I-15, but it's a bit away from anything else. I'll probably stay here again next time I'm in town for a concert.”

“Great front desk help Spacious clean room Wonderful location for walking great trail across the street right by river. They also gave us a reccomandation for eating places we could walk to. We chose Marco's Pizza Excellent! They also offer 30% off pizzas which sadly I forgot! They did make a mistake (no dressing or utensils) Luckily I had both. Highly recommended both places.”

“Great hotel. Stayed 3 nights. Very comfy bed and breakfast was very delicious. Eggs especially were good. Coffee nice and dark. This hotel is close to the river where there is an excellent paved walking/riding trail. Hotel is convenient distance to the freeway - easy on and off. Would stay here again if in the area.”

“Fairfield Inn delivered excellent customer service by helping me with a huge problem I had with Expedia. Expedia had inadvertantly cancelled my reservation one day before arrival. The management at Fairfield restored my reservation and also helped me to get my refund back from Expedia. I couldn't have done it without their help. The stay was comfortable and clean. The breakfasts were great. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Very clean!! Great location, right next to Texas Longhorns and Walmart. I would highly recommend staying here.”

“Great 4 night stay while on a business trip in Eastern Idaho. Helpful and friendly staff, very clean and spacious rooms, and an amazing view of the falls from my 8th floor room. Things that would make for a 5 star rating: better WiFi (10 up/10 down is slow by current standards), better fitting room doors (I could hear everything in the hallway due to the gap in the room door), and adding a screen to the door to the patio so I could enjoy listening to the roar of the falls without bugs getting in my room. Things you should know: the location is excellent and close to dining and shopping, falls are literally across the street, and this is an older building so you will hear everything going on - even the rumbling of the elevator going up and down. Definitely an above average place to stay in Idaho Falls with amazing views of the falls from certain rooms.”

Absolutely did everything that I needed to make sure that I was comfortably taken care of I Believe. Her name was Amanda. “Bed was super comfy and staff was very friendly. Would be nice to have a fenced area for dogs but there is lots of green grass. Sandpiper restaurant across the seat has incredible food. Will be stopping there again”
