A lot of good options, but they’ve gotten more expensive over the years. Many times I can find brand new things at other stores (like Kohls and Old Navy) for cheaper than Goodwill.

This working environment is toxic... Remember that High school click. Well that is this work environment. Has The older management, with the younger element, that have the special privealges, favoritism etc. The Mangement, breakes the rule, Does not follow company policy, throws employee under the bus sort of speak when it comes to Customers abusing employees. Any time a concern is voiced. You are accused of being conforantation and the environment gets worse. We all know this environment. This is the Idaho Falls GoodWill. This is my summary of my experience. If ya choose to work here I Pray your experience is better

Yuck. Stinky, dark store. Always a mess. Will not return. Do not recommend especially when we have nice clean and odorless options in town.

Chaos. It's possible it's on black friday and the chaos was just purely on that one day since this was my first time at this store. they had a deal which was great since they don't do the color daily deals they have in some other Goodwill stores. Would i come back again...? Probably not but the staff was super nice so there was that. But cleanliness was just not there.

I have shopped at the store since it opened and it is a vital resource for our business and personal needs. The store and people are a resource blessing people in numerous ways ln providing jobs, providing a means for the community to give back via donations and it assists our charitable business which gives back to the community here and gives to the Feeding America national food bank system. The majority of the staff have been good to interact with and if there were any issues that needed addressed it has been taken care of in house. Overall a good store... I see it expanding into a larger location in the future.

This thrift store is dirty and cluttered, and throws out many items that I would pay fair money for. This location is particularly wasteful. I've seen more stuff tossed that I would have paid for them I have seen in the store that I would pay for.

Dropped off some donations this morning and this little boy come out and said," we are closed". I said, "I know but it's now or never been trying to drop it off for 3days" and he said, "oh 3days such a long time" all snooty and rude! While complaining under his breath. I will take my donations else where! Won't be back!

Most of the time I enjoyed going thier and I am one to let them round up so the one day I'm 27 cents short and asked if it would be ok if I brought back the 27 cents and was told no. So I was unable to buy the item which was over 40 dollars. Because I diddnt have 27 cents and living over 5 miles away and I don't drive and I've rounded up all ways giving them extra money any wear from a few cents to over 90 cents but instead I see the item I wanted in your dumpster outback 3 days later so you would rather have nothing for a item then let me bring in the remains 27 cents latter how sad because that over forty doller item ended up in a dumpster and now the money you could have gotten for it when in to a dumpster instead maybes you all should think about if you guys would rather loose over forty dollars going to the dumpster or if maybe the 27 cents short that would have been brought an in the next time I came in was really worth it I wonder how many times this actually happens and how many times because someone is short a few cents it ends up in a dumpster not being sold at all really get a clue and it was given to you and would it really hurt to be charitable and give someone a break that's 27 cents short untill I came in the next time and shaped and would have paid the 27 cents and rounded up my purchase but now I think I'll just shop elsewhere because you would rather throw the item away then quaint for 27 cents and I thought you was supposed to be a charitable place

Why are there soooo many people outside smoking by the door all the time? I have counted 6-10 people almost everytime I drive by wanting to go in. Most of them work there.. it’s gross.
