Alot of the items here are actually a great value!! Even if "DI" is cheaper, items aren't pennies on the dollar!!! I doubt the reviewers complaining about high prices even understand economics!!First, its a THRIFT STORE!!! Not a dollar store!! What burns me up is people posting bad reviews don't understand that precedes go a to great cause for our youth!!!So, if you're not the typical "Karen", then shop here and feel amazing about yourself for helping a great cause!!!

Dang man. Pretty disappointed today. I went to donate about 80 nice items today and they wouldn’t give me a tax receipt. So ridiculous! They obviously don’t need them.

I love going to this place it has been one of my favs for the last 6 months. The pricing can be expensive but it’s worth it. Great customer service from all of them working there.

I used to shop frequently and enjoy the experience. But I detest it now....Main reason prices are super outrageously high with no sense of reality. If you want to bring in a load of sales, you have instead turned a vast number of the public against shopping there... due to this managers false hopes of big bucks for your programs. All the answers you have giving do not even address the public concern of prices. If you only want to serve the richest amoung us...then sell better quality items for those high price tags... and don't mar the goods with your tape! I wish you the best, but you shot yourself in the foot in the process, with only $$$$ on mind!

I went today in search of vintage sheets. I was absolutely appauled at the markup you've added for DONATED items!! $16 for a used, flat sheet is insaine. For an organization meant to help those in lower income brackets, you're completely out of touch. For those in the area, choose to donate to thrift stores that have integrity and don't take advantage of the community they should be serving.

I rarely leave reviews but my experience here was distasteful. I think they forget the purpose they serve and trying to resell things at an outrageous amount as if they bought it and it wasn’t donated reason feels nasty. Also I was accused of changing prices on items I literally pondered on buying for an hour until I finally made the jump for then to get in line and the lady said she priced those and that it wasn’t what they are worth and couldn’t sell me it. She wanted 7x more than the price listed and I honestly felt pointed at for something I didn’t do. There was a watch my dad tried to buy but it didn’t have a price but it wasn’t even anything luxurious but she didn’t sell it cause she had to send it to Boise to get a price check. She literally priced check everything but the people in front were golden. I really did not appreciate how we were treated. Clearly the prices were not modified by me, almost wanted them to check the cameras. Never going back again, they want you to pay so much for things they didn’t even pay for. It seems to me they are doing something shady and wanting to keep some of that money themselves hence why they are so overprotected about the items they price. “For the kids” is an excuse. And they should be I investigated for trying to rip people off.

Will only hold large items for 48 hours then place them back for sale, which is illegal under federal law

Really sad how much they have jacked up their prices, this is supposed to help those in need, not some massive profit center. Stopped donating here over a year ago because of this. Go to goodwill (makes me sick to say that) instead

Great place to thrift shop! We love our trips here. The only issue I have is this inconsistent hours. It seems they're always changing.

The store was clean and things well organized but the prices on clothing and jackets are way to rich for my blood. I understand that it's for youth and all that but if you lowered your prices it would all sell a lot better and you wouldn't have to throw so much out because it diddnt sale in the aloted time and when the elites time is close to being up why not have a 75 percent off sale because even getting 25 percent is better then having to throw it out back in the dumpster and getting nothing and why do I have to join yourvrewards program to be abelbto return something if I have avreciept I shouldn't have to join anything to return a item that should have been tested and no one tells you that they have not been tested and when I event to return the 20 doller item that I bought had a receipt was told no because I did not join a rewards program I had a receipt it was the next day so now I just won't shop thier any more because you guys can't seem to get a clue that because of prices and polices your hurting the youth that it's supposed to help you would rather have to throw it away then receive a little less how sad is that

They are very overpriced. I could not believe it. They had a plate with a price tag of $15.00. I went to the youth ranch in pocatello and ironically they had the same plate, but it was priced at 3.50. I don't think we will be frequently the IF store anymore.

Currently, their pricing is WAY OVER THE TOP. It seems like the prices jumped overnight! Last few times I was in there, nobody was standing in line to buy. Their inventory is huge and store is clean.

my favorite thrift store in town! great selection of items, well organized, friendly staff, and appreciate their charity. would give 5/5 if only the prices haven’t been steadily increasing. thrifting was a way for me to save money on a tight budget but i’m finding it more difficult to do now.
