“They responded within a half hour of my call to jump my battery. Turned out it was past its life and I needed a new battery. The mechanic, Matt, was too kind in that he called his boss several times to see if they had a battery in stock but he never picked up. Knowing my phone died, Matt wanted to make sure I got a good battery asap and asked if I wouldn’t mind following him to the shop as he was almost sure they had a battery replacement for me as it wasn’t showing up in AAA’s inventory. Sure enough, there was a 3 year battery that fit my car and Matt installed it promptly and I was on my way. Sadly I had no cash to tip Matt as he went above and beyond, so I know AAA will see this and hopefully give him a nice Christmas bonus! Thanks again Matt! ????”

“While I was calling around for auto insurance quotes, Chris reached out and explained the savings I was missing with the other quotes I had received. He was able to get me better coverage while saving me money, so I signed up right away. That same night, my car tire blew out on the freeway. Since it was the weekend, my information had not fully processed in the State Farm app yet, so I had to pay for a tow out of pocket. I called the agency the next day to explain what happened, and they helped me immediately and made the entire situation stress free. Christy, his secretary, was especially helpful.
