It took a bit of a wait but the representative was very pleasant and took a good deal of time answering all my questions. I was able to get answers to all my questions from home!

My tax refund was taking a very long time to come in and I was worried it was lost because I had to mail it. I was advised to give it another month because it was probably sitting off to the side waiting for someone to get to it. Sure enough I ended up getting my refund!
