Parked a camper here for the winter. It was easy to set up online and they sent a email a week or so before my rental period was ending. No problems picking up the camper and closing my contract via text. Thank you and see you next winter.

Most secure storage unit I’ve had!Although it got a little dusty in my outside unit, I never had any issues. I highly suggest this not only because of the price, but also because you can always count on your belonging being where you left them!

MAKE A SAFER AND MORE EFFECTIVE APPROACH TO THE FACT YOU HAVE GOT A GREAT DEAL OF A PROBLEM ON YOUR COMPANY. IT'S NOT A SAFE BET TO NOT PUT DOWN ICE MELT IN FRONT OF YOUR UNITS. THERE'S ABSOLUTELY GOING TO BE A BIG PROBLEM FOR THE PROPERTY TO GET A LAWSUIT TO TAKE PLACE IF YOU DON'T MAKE IT SAFER TO GET IN AND OUT OF YOUR UNITS AND NOT HAVE ANY PROBLEMS GETTING THE THINGS THAT WILL MAKE THE CUSTOMER'S NEEDS FEEL SAFER THAN HAVING A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE IN YOUR PROPERTIES.ICE MELT IS A SAFER BET FOR YOU TO GET FOR A SAFER PLACE TO KEEP THE CUSTOMER'S NEEDS TO KEEP YOUR BUSINESS GOING. I'M SURE THAT YOUR COMPANY IS ABSOLUTELY GOING TO BE ABLE TO AFFORD THE THINGS TO MAKE A SAFER PLACE. I've tried to call a few times. Last time before today was a few weeks ago. No one answers the phone. Or an answering service answered once or twice but they don't call back. The website shows all days and hours are by appointment... but they don't answer the phone to make an appointment or give necessary info a tenant may need before committing. Their website doesn't seem to show that units are behind a security gate for example, nor if the gate opens with an individually-assigned passcode; there's also no map to show what unit numbers are where on the property, etc. Apparently they just expect you to sign up online, sight unseen, and throw your money at them for no work or effort on their part, or even basic respect or manners on their part, to even answer a call or return one, let alone repeated calls... and no option to leave a message unless the answering service answers. I stayed on hold for 39 minutes today and finally chose the option to supposedly get a call back. I hope they do and give excellent customer service so I can delete or update this, and yet I tried calling weeks ago and the same thing happened with no one ever calling back after leaving a message with the person who answered. So I'm not holding my breath. So for now I'm still stuck in the more expensive unit I've been trying to leave and found out while on hold that place doesn't honor their contract either. Claim the 3rd day after it's due (the last day of the month) tenant gets locked out. Yet it's already locked I'm told when I ask if it's tonight at midnight (tomorrow morning because it's THE 3rd DAY AFTER THE LAST DAY OF THE MONTH) or tomorrow night at the end of the day. I'm starting to think shady is a storage unit business practice.

Convenient location for RV storage off the highway. Online management of payments and 24-7 access. Setup didn't go exactly as promised, but I'm very happy with the price S7 Iron Gate asks for it's RV storage.

Great hidden off the main streets and love that it has a gate around the property and a temperature controlled building. Lots of vacant storages still a hidden gem would definitely recommend to rent can pay all online and have instant access at any time of the day no contact needed

Great people to work with. Very conscientious with customers and property. Rates are more than fair. I try to pay a year in advance and my statements are right on. Have been renting at this location for four or five years and no theft or damage.
