If you go in the store the customer service is non existent. If you order online it takes forever to get even looked at. I placed an order online and 2 weeks later it still sits in placed status. Emailed about it with no response. Come on guys get it together. With other places to go you should try to keep your customer base.

Staff is rude especially in the fabric department and the assistant manager. She needs some training on professionalism. Don’t think it’s appropriate to be speaking about other customers on the sales floor. Love Joanns as a business and have never had an issue at any of their other locations.

The store seems to have a nice variety of supplies, but if you need customer assistance, don’t expect them to make you feel like you’re important. They don’t smile, and when you ask a questi… they give the impression that you are bothering them. They’re especially bad in the fabric department. from the time I enter the door until the time I leave, very rarely do I have any employee treat me as though they appreciate that I am a customer. Sure hope the upper management sees this comment because I really feel it would be beneficial to your store to teach your employees good customer service skills.

i ordered some fabric online, since my schedule is super full with work and school. but when it got to me there was obvious stains all over it. mind you, this never got to a store. there is no good excuse for it.this evening i tried to return it to the store. first i checked to make sure it was open so i wouldn’t have to waste an hour and a half traveling there. it said they close at 8pm. when i got there a couple minutes past 7, they were closed. they didn’t post that they would be closing early online, and just put up a sign on there door.not only did they give me a bad product, they had poor management with not posting it online. they wasted my evening

I have been a very loyal customer of this store for many many years and have always loved it. This store has gone steadily downhill for the last several years while more than doubling their prices. The store is filthy, it’s nearly impossible to find an employee that has any idea what they are doing, selection is poor. Today at checkout the young man that checked us out was more concerned with his fake fingernails than actually doing his job! So disappointed

The more I hear, the more I wonder about the ethics of this company. My mom has worked there for about 10 years and is making far ess than new hires when she has experience and knowledge that new hires don't have. A way to get a raise is to quit and get rehired. Management also appears to be passive aggressive at her store rather than talking about issues, notes are left just for you to see when you arrive or leave and are immediately removed. Is it possible, more is going on than I know? Yes. But, very disappointed in a company to treat my mom as such.

In Idaho falls store they look at you. Turn there backs to you and won't cut fabric. This is when I am the only one there. I always treat the workers nice and politely. I dont think I will be doing business with them in the near future.

It cost $55 to get a couple packs of candle wicks and they don't even work. It feels like robbery.

Hard to find what your looking for. The clerks don't know how to help. Very few clerks are even friendly. It's a better than nothing store.

I went in for a friend to get some more fabric that she wanted. She didn't pick up enough when she was in a month ago, abd since it's a 3 hour drive from where we live and I was going to IdahobFalls, I told her inwoukd get her more. Instead if me fumbling around trying to find what she wanted, I asked one of the sales staff to help me. She could've have been more accommodating. She was also training a new employee so we both learned. I hadn't been to a Joann's for a few years but I will be making more stops here in the future when I'm in Idaho Falls or Missoula. Thank you Joann's for being so kind to me.

Customer service was great (they let me return faulty yarn even months after I bought it), the place is organized, and they have a lot of stuff!

I've always had good experiences at Joann. The quality of their products is high. They incentivize buyers by providing coupons which can be used on certain days or during certain periods. The staff seems to change out every 6-9 months, so that's unfortunate. The store runs smoothly. Lots of sewing and craft supplies and decor items. Parking is ample. There is usually a wait time at both the cutting counter and the checkouts, so it is important to schedule plenty of time for your trip to the fabric store.
