Khirra has been fantastic with my dogs, they are rescues, and a bit nervous. She always is so great with them. She does a great job. My pomskys always looks amazing

I took my dogs a few times with no issues, but the last time I took them together and the lady was overwhelmed with an overbooked schedule. I took them at first opening, then I got so anxious around noon I called and she only had one done. I called round 2 and the other was only being started on. I came in an hour later and his nails and bathing was the only thing done. She said she needed more time but at this point it was after hours and I took my babies home. I felt so bad trying to be patient, they were at the groomers for a full day. One was completely buzzed and I asked for her usual which is short and fluffy around the head and tail, nope... just short short and the head and tail were so short, I got home and cried since I felt disrespected. Took me a while to write this review as I went before and had no issues until recently.

?I do not recommend coming here Very unprofessional It was the first time scheduling with K9 and when my husband showed up at 10 AM No one was around doors were locked we called and even messaged through Facebook and no reply he stuck around about 15-20 minutes and still nobody showed up we didn't get a call or anything that there was a change of plans. We did see that they did open our message on Facebook and still no reply.?

Awful! The lady who was trimming my dog just buzzed her. I’d asked for short body hair but leave her face and ears cute and fluffy. Nope! Plus on top of that she cut the top part of her ear! She bled for quite a while and then asked for a tip after just smirking; oops. Will never go again and do not recommend you subject your fur babies to this idiots abuse!

After getting a text saying my dog was ready for pick up- I showed up and she was not finished. I waited for 45 minutes. The groomer was completely unprofessional and rough with my dog. She shaved him down to the skin when I asked for a specific doodle hair cut. Then was completely unresponsive when I asked for a reason. Worst experience. Will not be going back-ever.

This was our sheepadoodle’s first haircut and it went really well! It wasn’t exactly the look we wanted, but we are new to the dog game so the directions from us weren’t super clear so we can’t put any blame on the groomer. Overall, based on our vague directions, the puppy came out perfect and she’s still super cute. A week has passed and it’s nearly perfect based on what we should have asked! We will come prepared next time but use K9 from now on!

First time taking my 2 husky babies Anubis and Issa in to Kaitlin today, she did fantastic! I haven't had very many positive outcomes with groomers around here especially because my babes have high anxiety but so glad I decided to try them out here! Definitely will be coming back :)

Katie groomed my 120 pound Caucasian ovcharka who is anxious, timid, high anxiety and not social with people nor dogs. She’s a guardian breed Shepard, Very weird about people touching her or being in her space. Katie handled her so well (I watched the whole time to help keep my dog comfortable) she did the deshedding treatment and my dog went from itchy and uncomfortable to clean and happy when we left (normally when we bathe her she is upset for a couple days) Katie trimmed

They take care of both of our little Yorkies for years. They do a great job and I would recommend them to anyone!!!! If you love your pets, K-9 Expressions is where they need to be!

Would not recommend. They would not answer my calls and texts, the haircut on my dog was choppy, uneven, and just awful. They said it was my dogs fault for being wiggly.When I went to pick her up, I had to sit there and wait 1 hour.. They hadn't even started on my dog. It had been 6 hours since I had dropped her off, and she hadn't even been started on

I do not recommend them.I dropped my dog off at 1pm for her appointment. I was told she would be done around 5pm.I called in around 5:30 and no one answered. I left a voice mail and texted and still received no reply by 6:30.I drove in to see if she was done, and when I got there, she was working on another dog and had not even started on my dog. I had to wait an hour for her to finish previous dog and then do my dog.my dogs haircut did not look good at all. Very choppy. uneven, and cut her ears way to short.I will never go here again.
