Finally got to go here for my lash lift Casie did such a great job on them. I love how they turned out. Definitely will be coming back again.

I had my lashes done yesterday and I made the lash person aware both on my form I filled out online when booking, and in person when I showed up that the last time I had lashes done- 8 years previously that , I had a classic set put on, and they only lasted about a week before they started falling out. & I didn't know if that was because i had oily lashes or what? But So I wanted fuller this time. My lash appointment when great but when I left I noticed that when I blinked it was scratching my eyes. I went to run errands - mall, nails done, returns to target and at one point someone commented I had lashes on my face. I looked in a mirror and sure enough/ I had five lashes on my face. Then I got home around 9 pm and I was sitting talking to my husband and he said I had lashes coming off my lashes and so again I looked at a mirror and a bunch more had fallen out and were on my shirt, cheek, and also just sitting like on my natural lashes but all wonky. By the time I went to bed at midnight half of my lashes were missing. And my eyes hurt soo bad from the scratching every time I closed them or blinked. They were blood shot and watering. I contacted the last place first thing this morning and told them what happened and showed them pictures. I leave for hawaii today and honestly do not want a refill done- not from the same lash artist as before- my eyes hurt so bad. And their response was that they had been doing lashes for 13 years and never had this happen before and that I didn't inform her I had oily eyelids or she would have suggested a tin & lash lift instead but she would not refund. She said I could come back in after hawaii for a lash tint ( which costs $30 and my extensions cost $150). But she would refund. The issue is I not only told her at my appointment that my last lashes only lasted a week but I put that info on the form as well. And said it might be from oily lash lids ( I don't really know if I have oily lash lids or not, I am assuming I do because my first set 8 years ago fell out only after a week). And I KNOW oil breaks down glue. So that was my only conclusion. But second: they didn't fall out the day I had them and they didn't hurt like these did. These fell out in less than 7 hours. And my eyes were red and scratched from the lashes being so close to my eyeball She said she won't do a refund only a lash liftint I don't want a lash tint that only costs $30- I want a refund for the $150 I spent. And I am not one to ever ever complain- I hate confrontation- I hate when people are upset with me. I don't even complain when there is a hair in my food at a restaurant. But this caused my eyes to hurt so badly and they fell out within 7 hours and I spent soo much money on them. I would like a refund-

Casie was amazing! I visited Idaho for just over a month and used her twice. She is very thorough and makes sure you have fabulous lashes! Her table is extremely comfortable so be prepared to fall asleep lol.Service: Eyelash extensions

I've been very happy with this lash salon. They make their own fans, they have good technique and retention, and the girls are all so sweet.

I have been to Look at Me Now Lash Lounge three or four times for lash lifts and brow shaping/waxing. April is a fantastic lash artist and I appreciate her skill so much. When I first started having my lashes lifted I was nervous about the process but April has a wonderful calming presence and put me at ease.

April Dietz was wonderful! First time I had done anything with my lashes other than simple mascara and April made me feel very comfortable and relaxed during my lash lift and tint. She constantly made sure I was comfortable. She was very gentle around my eyes and had no harsh reactions to anything she didn’t will definitely call on her again.
