I drive past Home Depot now. I love the rewards program. Spent 4k on new appliances and got a tidy sum for a few extra things I wanted. Store is clean and friendly.

Had a great experience with Mikey in appliances. I found a model online, but when I went in, it was not in stock in store. Mikey helped me find another model and made sure it was in stock. I got it and he helped me load it in my car! Perfect deal! Thank you!

Went to get drawer pulls and orange peel. Go to aisle 3 and it’s closed off. Ok no prob, I’ll go get the orange peel. Come back and it’s still closed off. They come and go down the aisle then leave, seeing me and another person waiting to go down the aisle. Waited for 20 minutes as they saw us but kept going down the aisle. Left all my stuff and walked out. Apparently stocking is more important than making a sale or helping people.

We purchased LG window air conditioner/heating unit unfortunately you did not work upon trying to return it. We were told that we had to get an authorization from LG. The helpfulness of the store managers was not as great as you would think it would be when trying to return a simple item. Secondly, you would think that Lowe’s would be responsible for getting an authorization for return not the customer definitely not purchasing any thing else from Lowe’s.

If you want to wast you money it is our opinion buy a refrigerator from Lowe’s. 1year and 1 month with this unit and it died. We had lowe’s install and set it up, that bought us nothing. We did put on an extended warranty but trying to get something setup for service was a joke. Finally got to a person that spoke little english and never could get a solid service date. They rely on Sears service for doing repairs. Lowe’s if you are going to sell junk then stand behind what you sell. the cost to loosing food that this appliance had just adds another layer of insult.

Waited, waited, asked for assistance 7 times.!!!!!!!! Trying to get info on hot water heaters. My brother is a Marine vet and can't stand long. We ended up getting the wrong one. We live 160 miles, one way, to get a badly needed hot water heater for him. We we're totally ignored. The customer service at this store is beyond terrible. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE. Now we have to make another trip to return the heater we purchased.

went to lowes on 12-09-2024 at approximately 9:45 am for an instacart order. i had to ask 4 different employees for help finding just one item because each employee gave me incorrect information. after the 4th employee finally helped me find what i was looking for and it was time to check out there was not a single register open, and the one that was open, the employee told me she was busy and that i should do self checkout. i informed the employee that i was working for instacart and that i had to be checked out by an actual employee, and only then was i checked out. it seemed to me every employee there lacked any ability to help the customers whatsoever. i truly understand why i was sent there rather than the instacart customer picking up their small order on their own.
