I had an existing line to my house for propane, I used to use Amerigas. Decided to give LP a try and I'm highly disappointed. They are trying to charge me extra fees. Sent me one invoice but not an invoice for the others. Pretty much told me I was a liar, and that we didnt have the proper equipment for them to set it up. And that's why we have extra charges. These guys are manipulative compulsive liars. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!!THEY WILL SCREW YOU FOR EVERY PENNY YOU OWN.

Avoid this business at all cost. They are dishonest and they have a snake working for them. They have never let us charge propane to a account but magically this year we owed them $700+ because they billed us for propane back in 2020 and then they sent that made up bill to collections and this year they made my 65+ year old parents pay them that made up bill. Some one should start a class action lawsuit against them!!

These people are dishonest, disrespectful, and treated my wife badly. Avoid giving them business. There are plenty of other companies around who don't behave in such a manner.

Can't believe I even have to post this review.. been waiting since before the fair last year to have my LP filled back up or atleast put some in. (Mind you i even went to the fair and spoke with them in person and they said they would reach back out and set up a time to fill me up. Ran out during the winter. Even after calling for months and no reply back. Finally got ahold of someone. He said he would send someone out because now they were going to charge me winter rates not summer rates. Now they are trying to collect for a rental fee on a tank they will not fill. Sorry ill wait and have it go to collections at this point and have someone else fill my tank. I'm beyond a resolution now. Do not recommend.

I've noticed a few differences since the LP Office in Blackfoot got a "new man in charge " as he calls himself. It's very sad the way he treats people. This is the first winter since I 've been with LP propane I ever ran out of gas. And when you call after hours you get a guy that seems like he is drunk telling us it doesn't matter if we ran out or not even though we pay an extra fee every month that will create a order when we are down to the 30% He tells us that we will just have to wait until he has a driver who he can send out. So I asked about the fee we pay so this kind of thing doesn't happen and he tells us if we have a problem with it to call their I.T. department. So I wait trying to give him the benefit of a doubt maybe he just had a bad day. We are all human and have bad days. Well no drive shows up with gas the next day or the day after that. So I call again and get the same guy who is drunk telling me he is the guy who runs the place and will decided when or if we will get gas. Not impressed with who ever is running the show at the Blackfoot Location. Hopefully they get him out of there before he runs away everyone who has been with LP propane for years.

I have been with LP-Propane for about a year, and so far, I have not had any issues with it. They are the cheapest in town, they deliver in less than a week, and they are very forgiving if I pay a little too late. A lot of the issues I hear about for LP are due to customers being entitled and expecting it to be the same service they received 10 years. I think that people just hate change and feel like they deserve compensation when it happens. In the end, 9 out of 10, would recommend them.

I have been with this outfit prior to being Lp propane for approx 20yrsand were satisfied until this year. I was put on a monitor that would automatically inform Lp when my tank was at 30%. This winter, 1st time in 20yrs, my tank called for filling and WITHOUT notification I was skipped and I completely ran out of propane. They responded at 10pm when I called but got stuck just attempting to turn into my driveway. I'm 70+ and cleared the drive the next day at 6am due to being told delivery would be 1st thing. I drove out of my driveway to Lp in Blackfoot to show it was passable and returned home. Wind was blowing and the county graded the road thus depositing snow once again in front of my drive and Lp at 11am, result stuck at entryway to my drive.Coordination within this company and equipment for this environment is lacking. Once again you have people acting like their doing me a favor instead of me paying for a service. If I had been notified of a problem I would have corrected it and I would not be out of propane

I could not reccomend LP propane. Buyer beware!LP refused to honor the agreement I had with MOC propane whom LP had purchased. Upon selling my house MOC agreed to store my propane tank and the credit me for propane in the tank (800-900 gal) until we built our new house. When called MOC to request the tank and the propane we found MOC was now LP Propane. LP located my tank, but we were told they could not help us with propane - it was my problem. We contacted LP repeatedly seeking a fair way for both parties to resolve the problem of the propane credit. But with no success. I can only surmise LP thought we were crooks trying to cheat them out of propane. My wife was very disheartened on how she was treated.We have terminated our relationship with LP and now purchase from another company.

I’m not sure how this company gets 5 star reviews. We moved 2 years ago to a nearby house from our old one and we are still having to deal with incompetent office staff, managers and the owner. They come out and filled our neighbors tanks multiple times and then billed us twice. It took months before we actually got someone on the phone who legitimately understood and “supposedly “ took care of the problem. The trust is completely gone and they still are playing victim mode and keep telling me “ya it was such a mess when we bought out Bingham co-op, they were terrible” well, I think it is time for the owner to man up and take responsibility for their company and own up to the fact that you’re not doing a good job at all. I feel like we’re pretty patient people but it’s so far beyond customer service at this point I am actually taking the time to write a review. They probably won’t even publish this one to save face. No trust.

First time dealing with LP as they bought out CHS. Only took two weeks to finally get the tank filled..Then they tried to charge me the inflated price instead of the price when I ordered it. Yes, family owned, and it shows..Very Unprofessional...

First time dealing with LP. Delivery was quick but when I called to order I was told if I call and pay within 5 days I’d receive a discount. I called within that time frame and was told it was actually 48 hours. If I would have know I would have called earlier. Kind of disappointing. I own my tank so will probably take my business elsewhere.
