So on a Friday afternoon I walked in and was greeted by a very professional and friendly sales person (Sierra). I needed a full bedroom set (head & foot board with side tables) and three living area type chairs with ottomans. Sierra was super knowledgable with the floor show items and additional catalog offerings - that combined with her exceptional listen skills, we were able to narrow in on exactly what I was looking for.
