“Andrea was the wonderful person who took care of me. I walked into Quest and she immediately asked who had an appointment. I didn't even have a chance to sit in the waiting room. She whisked me away to the back room. Determined what I was there for and had me feeling at ease immediately. I'm apprehensive at Dr appointments, hate needles. She was so smooth and efficient. If I hadn't know what I was there for I don't think I'd have even known she had stuck a needle in my arm and drew my blood. Her bedside manner was amazing. “I’m traveling and needed some bloodwork done. I actually went to this building looking for a Quest but found Express Lab instead. There was no one else in the waiting room and they got me right in. The phlebotomist did a great job! She gave me a heat pack to make it easier to see my veins. Way better than most Quest. Very thankful I found them!”
