“The device was well used with over 40 calls for help last year. This year not more than 10 but it is a very secure feeling that 911 responds rapidly. A week or so ago the watch started calling and asking me if I needed help. I must have bumped the button accidentally thought.iwas able to say No and hang up. But I probably should have reported the problem then. 2 nights ago I fell outside at 10pm. The call didn't go thru. I ended up yelling HELP for a few minutes until an upstairs. neighbor heard me and asked if I needed 911. They arrived 10 later picked me up and left. Perfect! Only complaint: I left a message for Assurelink that night.Noon the next day I called AGAIN and was assured I would be given a new watch yesterday. Nobody showed up. Today agent did bring ew one, but I was unhappy at being left unprotected for almost 40 hours w/o notification,”
