They are listed on goodRX as a prefers pharmacy. So I had my prescription sent there and well they don’t take the coupon. Classic bait and switch! I wish companies could just do business honestly.

My wife came in today and Chad humiliated and embarrassed her over her medication dosage. He didn’t even have the decency to apologize for being out of line. Stay away from this place!

If I could give them a zero I would, they gave me the wrong prescription, and when I called to tell them, they said there was no way. And the prescription was for a antibiotic. Poor customer service.

Phenomenal customer service, they go above and beyond to care for your prescriptions completely and will compound preparations on site to save you money.We had been driving clean out to Rexburg to go to the other small pharmacy (let’s not mention them by name) but so many times the kids working there would leave items out of our order or worse, tell us a refill required an office visit to our doctor. Mike’s was able to clear everything up in the matter of a couple of hours, when the other place wouldn’t.I can’t praise them highly enough. They saved us so much precious time and money.

I was looking to migrate my prescriptions over there which is not many but my experiences with them on just a couple prescriptions have been horrible. I stopped by to get my prescription. They said it didn’t exist. I get a call the next day they told me that I need to get my prescription otherwise it’s going back on the shelf counter. I stopped by a few days later when I got a chance to pick it up again and they said it wasn’t ready that I would have to wait a couple days. Drive away and get a text that it is ready to go. Just a fiasco. Also employee on the phone was nice but employee I dealt with in person I could do without.

I honestly didn't know it was possible for a pharmacy to be this bad.I realize compounds aren't a 20 minutes turn around, but when I call four days after they've recieved my prescription and they admit they haven't even started--it's pretty mind blowing. Long story short, it's now been a week and I still don't have it due to being closed on the weekend.I think they think they can get away with this because they are providing a unique service, but after being yanked around as a customer here for 2+ years I'll be going to Broulims on 17th-- they can handle compounds perfectly.

For someone who doesn't drive anymore the fact that Mike's will deliver my prescriptions (automatically, without any thing from me) is such a lifesaver. I never have to worry about remembering to call the refill in or finding a ride to go pick it up. Their delivery driver, Jack is fabulous too, he always has a dog treat for my neighbors dog no matter who's prescription he's delivering

sorry to say I was not impressed. The help got my name wrong in the computer, failed to call me when my prescription was ready and charged more than another pharmacy. I have switched pharmacies.
