We were supposed to receive a phone call to schedule a delivery date and time within 2 business days of them receiving our item. After 7 business days we tried to call them with no answer and texting we received a response with a scheduled delivery date and time frame. Called them the day of the delivery during business hours and no response and item not received. Contacted the ordering company and they too were not able to make contact. Item not received and no communication from the company as to why delivery was not going to happen or to reschedule delivery.

One star is too good for this company. I ordered a Serta Sleeper couch from Wayfair on June 26th. It arrived at Nicholas Moving on July 14th. I got no calls from Nicholas Moving letting me know they had received the sleeper sofa. On July 20th I contacted Nicholas Moving. The delivery was set up for July 24th between 10 am and 2pm. Needless to say, the sleeper sofa never arrived. I contacted Nicholas Moving. No answer and their voice-mail was full. I called again. Someone answered. They took my information and told me someone would get back with me. I contacted Wayfair. I informed them about the problem I was having. They contacted Nicholas Moving. The Wayfair representative had the person from Nicholas Moving on the line. I was the same person I had talked to on July 20th. Once again, excuse after excuse. I contacted Wayfair again. I informed them I wanted a refund. I was then informed that I would have to pay a $140.00 rerouting fee. Are you kidding me? A rerouting fee for a sleeper sofa that I never received but is in Nicholas Moving's warehouse.!!!! How does this make sense?? No more buying from Wayfair. They are punishing the consumer.

Is this an actual delivery company? I received a text at 5pm that stated they would deliver my furniture order the following day between 10:30-2:30. As an employed adult, I could not cancel my work commitments with less than 24 hours notice to receive the delivery. I’ve tried texting, calling, emailing; there’s no clear way to reach this company to reschedule to receive my order. I’m left with no other option but contact Pottery Barn for a refund. Why would any vendor do business with this company?

Terrible service!! Will never order from Wayfair ever again as long as they use this shipping company. Black eye for Wayfair for sure!!

Impossible to get a hold of to figure out what is going on with my dining table and bench delivery. I’ve texted and called their number and no response. Then, the table shows up, but there is no bench with it and I cannot get a hold of them to see what is going on. Horrible communication.

movers are very clumsy and careless. they don't take accountability for breaking things. they broke and lost our s*** and didn't reimburse us or make it right. DO NOT RECOMMEND this company to ANYONE!!!!! don't waste your money and use a shipping container and do it yourself.

This review is much delayed but I wanted to thank Josh and his team for being so courteous, empathetic and professional in handling my Mom's move. We had decided to move her out of her home as soon as my Dad passed away; Josh ensured the process was smooth considering the devastation my Mom was going through. I can't stress enough how good of a company this is and how wonderful their staff are. Thank you Josh and Nicholas Moving!
