Baited and switched. Go somewhere else.Poor customer serviceYou can literally walk around the gateI did the entire sign-up process online, and at that point, it was advertised all over the website that this place offered 24-hour access. This was a big selling point for me. So I signed up.Fast forward to move-in. It's 11:00pm and I arrive with my fully loaded vehicle to unload. Gates won't open. Totally locked out.I double check the website, "24-hour access" is still all over it.I tried reaching out to CS but no answer. No way of contacting them after hours. This situation could have been really bad if I'd had a rented moving truck to be stuck with for an extra day.Next day the website changes in response to my email, and no follow-up has been made.Now I am stuck with a unit I "cannot access" after 10pm.I might note that the gate is easily tricked. You can literally walk around it by foot and get inside the facility, bypassing the entrance code.Two stars because it seems nice and new, just poor security and management.

I am really rather upset, I reserved a unit this morning and I really had to have one today! Only to find out there isnt one after I rented and paid for it! It's really a bunch of crap! Never will I recommend !
