My only criticism is that it's really hard to get ahold of you - either by phone or just dropping by. I know you are short-staffed. Maybe update your new hours on google.

Take my word for this. I trusted these people, spent more than a thousand dollars with them on repairs and upgrades only to be back at there service desk explaining to them how to do their job. They left out software on my Imac needed to run the fans to cool the CPU and graphics card, which they had just replaced, causing them both to burn up, before I could buy a new program online to get the fans running again. If you love to throw $ at people who do not care about you or your equipment to be thorough enough to test all of your components, and confirm that it is right before you pick them up, take them to PC plus. Their labor and parts prices are way over the top as well. I even bought a used computer from them that did not last a year. I have nothing to show for the money spent and time driving 75 miles one way multiple times. There are a lot of shops in I.F. full of great COMPU TECH'S. PC Plus has one. The counter guy at PC PLUS knows nothing by his own admission. Don't waste your time and money!
