“I bought a product for our dog to eat and he loved it! So, this morning I went back to the store and couldn't find it. After several frantic searches where other same brand items were, still nothing. One of the store employees asked if I needed any help. After telling him my dilemma, he went into action. After thoroughly checking several areas, he found one bag! But, he didn't stop there. He checked his e-device and said it showed he should have 3. I was holding the one he found, so there should be 2 more. After checking more and coming up empty, he said he could place the order and have it delivered to my house. Also, since the item was on sale: buy one, get a 2nd at half price, he said that would apply. This employee was Travis and he was amazingly helpful and friendly! A+++!”
