“I cannot thank the team at Sam's Club Pharmacy enough. I have a WIDE range of medications that I need filled monthly, some of which need ID, and I've always been treated kindly and with dignity. They have always gone out of their way to make sure I have what I need on time and I cannot recall a single instance of them not having what I've needed in stock. I cannot sing enough praise for their pharmacy team.”

“I was having problems with Broulims pharmacy and Medicaid on a script for a controlled substance. They never had it in stock and I'd have to wait for them to order it. Finally got fed up and moved the last of my prescriptions here. They had my meds in stock and ready for pickup less than an hour after the provider sent the script. I'll be getting all my meds here from now on.”

“The nurses there are so nice and helpful! They take them time to teach you about everything and get to know you. If you have issues, there is always a nurse you can get a hold of 24/7. And they are never rude about you calling in the middle of the night!”

“I come here for my entire family, because they treat you like family. Henry and Amanda are absolute experts while also being amazingly friendly. Even if I am at Sam's Club for something else and they see me walk past, they will say hi. The customer service is next level. The new doctor is also very personable and professional, while also proving he is very qualified. I come here year after year and will continue to do so. I also get my glasses adjusted regularly by them when I'm passing through as well. No questions asked, they always are so helpful! I would give 10 stars if I could!”
“Great location. Parking is easy and there are plenty of spaces available. There is rarely a line for gas. Good gas prices. The pumps are well maintained. Fast service at automotive . We got new tires and a battery no issues and very timely. Great food selection. Friendly staff and short lines. Weekdays definitely are less crowded. Win win.”

They went above and beyond to help my husband on a Sunday who needed new medications and had never filled a prescription there before. Heather was incredibly helpful with the required paperwork and insurance information and Mark walked us through how to administer the medication properly in a very kind and caring manner. Highly recommend!!”

“The best pharmacy in town. They handled a difficult situation with an Uber driver and my medication's that she delivered to the wrong address. They were very professional quick and did a great job in retrieving the first bag of prescription prescriptions and replace it with a fresh order of my prescriptions. Bravo to Walgreens on the corner of 17th and Holmes in IDAHO FALLS.

“Jennifer showed us the most fantastic customer service on Christmas Day. It hasn’t snowed yet, so we decided to BBQ for dinner, but we had no charcoal. Jennifer went out of her way and called around and found where we could purchase some. Without her, Christmas dinner would hand been awful. Thanks Jennifer.”
“I'm not sure of the gentleman's name I spoke with on the phone but I placed an online order for instore pick up for some valentines day gifts for my boyfriend but have the flu and had to send my boyfriend to pick it up. I called around 11am on valentines day and spoke with the gentleman and asked if he could put the order I placed into the gift bag I bought with the order and explained why and he was amazing and said no problem and had done it by the time my boyfriend had gotten there to pick up my order so thank you for the awesome service I wish I could remember your name but having the flu will do that too you.”
