605 4th St, Idaho Falls“I know people primarily review when they’re upset about something, but the person who delivers my mail always goes above and beyond and tries to make things as easy as possible for me (I am disabled). I wanted to post this review in the hopes that more people will review because they are happy :)”

10990 N Yellowstone Hwy, Ucon“Best kept postal secret in Eastern Idaho. Much faster than going into other post offices in larger areas. There is never a line. It's not too far off highway 20. The employee that works there is super helpful and friendly. She can do it all without the long lines.”
“I love these people. I have had four missionaries, two foreign. The staff goes out of their way to help me find the cheapest, and most likely to get to a third world country, options. As for the “old” building, my heart would break if they tore it down. I remember going in with my mom and playing with the knobs on the PO Boxes for what seemed like hours.”

3614 N Main St, Iona“This location is way more convenient than running into town. The staff is friendly, always willing to help answer questions and the wait times are almost non-existent. It wasn't even bad a Christmas.”
“I see the same people every time I go in-person to mail something and they are calm, friendly, and competent. They often take a few extra seconds to help me make sure I'm getting the best rate on whatever I'm sending. Of course if I go near the holidays or during a busy time of day there are long lines, but that's easy enough to plan for or avoid. And the mail lady who delivers to our mailbox is lovely! Even on long days she smiles and says hi when I'm outside doing yard work or walking. We've had no issues with mail delivery either.Like most essential jobs they seem to be understaffed pretty much constantly, but every interaction I've had so far has been positive.”
