Understaffed and incompetent. If you have any other alternative for testing take it. They failed to send critical results to the ordering physician. They confused the patient name with the physician name. They couldn’t figure out the ordering physician’s fax number, postal or email address, and stopped trying to send the results after one try, assuming (correctly) the patient would become concerned and figure it out. Their customer service phone number is hard to find, the phone tree is complicated and deceptive.

To be honest, this visit to Quest Diagnostics was harrowing to say the least. My wife and I made appointments for 9:10am and 9:20am on Monday, October 16th at the Idaho Falls, Idaho location. We arrived on time and waited almost 30 minutes before we were called in by the phlebotomist.Come to find out, this poor employee was the ONLY person in the office. Not only was she trying her best to correctly draw all of her clients labs, she was a newer employee and did not have much training on how Quest Diagnostics deals with drawing blood for third parties (Cleveland Heart Lab in our instance). It is a shame that a corporation like Quest Diagnostics would leave a new employee by herself in a new position. We hope that our blood draws and those of the other clients waiting were processed correctly as we could tell the employee was looking a bit stressed.Please, in the future, when you hire on new employees, it would make my wife and I feel much better to see a supervisor on duty to help out.Again, we had no problem with the phlebotomist - she was doing her best under the circumstances. I would hope the management of Quest Diagnostics would be more mindful in the future when it comes to helping new employees get up to speed. One hour and 45 minutes was unacceptable for a blood draw appointment which was not the fault of the phlebotomist.We consider our blood work as a major tool our doctor uses to make correct diagnosis in our wellness exams. We only hope that the stress this new employee was under did not contribute to any mistakes being made.

No way to speak to a rep. I complained a week ago and manager was defensive and full of excuses (Idaho Falls, ID) but finally said she fixed the phone prompts because an old message was playing. Guess what? One week later, no lab results (supposed to take 24 hours) and the old recording without a prompt to speak with someone is STILL my only option. What a horrible, horrible organization. O stars. 2 thumbs down.

Worse place I have ever gone for blood work! I will never return EVER!!! I was super sick on a Wednesday and they said they would have results from my blood draw within 24 hours. I had blood drawn Wednesday at 4:50 P.M and here it is the following Monday at 5 P.M. and still no word……….

The average wait time for those arriving for their appointments is two hours and counting as of the writing of this review. Meanwhile, the patients are subject to repetitive ads on a TV claiming immediate service.

Their billing is a joke, I have had to call on multiple issues and now I'm getting a delinquent bill because I called to request a refund on $6.79 for a specific DOS I double paid and they refunded me everything I paid that day. I will pay my bill but why is it so hard for them to get these things right. I am considering changing doctors just because I'm so tired of dealing with this labs billing.

Angie drew my blood and my husbands. She was kind, caring, and empathetic! She was very comfortable around my small child and was really sweet to him! She helped me stay calm and was super gentle!!

This review relates to the information on their site regarding the opening hours. It says 6am to 5pm. Actual hours are 8am to 4:30pm. I tried to edit these hours but my edit "could not be verified so it won't be published." I suggest the owner fix this.

My provider sent labs to Quest on two separate occasions. I had to call multiple times to rectify billing issues. They continued to bill the wrong insurance even though I called and gave them the correct information. Extremely frustrating;I have changed to a different doctor due to the continual billing issues experienced with Quest.

I never know when they are opening. The web page says 6:00 . You call in and it says 7:30 you get to the door and it says 8:00.
