Greatest Pharmacy Ever!The pharmacists and staff are very friendly, kind, and helpful. They always take the time to give advice and explain medicine interactions. They also do everything they can to get you the best prices. Love these guys and gals!

Very rude ladies the Indian lady and I guess the other one was the manager just remember costumer make a business grow. Why they have to be rude they just work they only count pills.

Called and said my Rx was ready went to pick it up and they said it was out of stock. Irritating to drive 10 miles to have to come back another day.

If there was a way to ray them a zero star I would. I have had three different conversations with the pharmacy techs about how to fill out prior authorizations. Each time I was greeted with rudeness and shortness in their responses. Each time I spoke to someone from the pharmacy they informed me they were too busy to find out why my prescriptions was being denied and that they can’t guarantee they can get to my stuff because they were too busy. Last phone call I asked to speak to the pharmacist who refused to even listen, interrupted several times when I was trying to explain my issue and when asked to please not interrupt she stated “well it sounds like you just don’t know the process”. Unfortunately I do know the process the no one in the office was willing to listen. I was told my Dr Pier that this pharmacy is the best at getting my needed prescription approved and that would be hassle free. I have had the opposite experience and still no prescription or prior authorization was filled out (I know because I contacted my insurance for validation). This by far has been the worst experience and I am currently looking for another doctor to look over my diabetes care and where my prescriptions are filled due to the lack of compassion, listening, and caring about their patients.

Rocky Mountain has been a life savor! They are really good at having medications in stock and giving all the information when starting a new medication. We love Rashelle there l, we love how sweet she is and that she makes it a point to remember everyone’s name.
